I'f Man Utd had the best run club, the best academy, the best manager and the best owners they would be the best team on the planet, but they don't so they aren't.

Hep, I am sure Dakey Lad is well capable of doing that all by his lickle self!
Even their "academy kids" failed to qualify for the next phase so it just goes to show what complete dogshite Dakey actually dribbles out of his gob!! 
Well done Jay getting through pal, great effort along with Chelsea considering how their season is going!
What a nice few days in Condado I have coming up this weekend after this weeks magnificent results.

I know chaddy, they are not likely to see a Beckham, Scholes, Giggs, Butt, the Nevilles etc out of their current academy all at around the same time.

The current crop look a bit tasty to me and to quote Alan Hanson when the class of 92 were introduced and they lost to Villa 'you wont win anything with kids' How silly did he look? However, I cannot compare these kids with any of your teams youngsters as yours never get given a chance.
Chaddy, George and Jay, lets have your thoughts on how far your teams can go in the CL. Which will be the last man standing? I will go for City out first followed by Chelsea then Arsenal going close if the injuries clear up.

Stop worrying about the academy kids. Danny Drinkwater, Matt James, Danny Simpson, Kasper Schmichael, Ricky de Latte all came through the academies in Manchester along with 3 or 4 more. Oh I nearly forgot they all play for Leicester. Please keep em coming lads

And SWFC showed Jamie Vardy the door when he was aged 16, but we were in such a poor state in those days that he was well out of the place, good luck to him, I have to take it on the chin as I don't have a selective memory. As it happens every other South Yorkshire club ignored him, good news for Leicester that Nigel Pearson knew what he was up to.

If the unlikely event that Utd dont win it, I would be absolutely delighted if Leicester stayed the pace and nicked the thing. I dont proscribe to the theory that they cannot win it, of course they can. They just need a bit of luck with injuries, maybe another quality player or two in the window and to just keep playing as they are and they will then have every chance. I must say people are saying that they will get found out in the next four games, but what if they roll over these teams? then there will be nothing to fear going forward. there is a sheer excitement about the PL this season as every single team is capable of beating anyone on any given day and you dont get that in any other league.

We did ok at Liverpool and Everton last year. We owe Chelsea as they were only ones to beat us in the Great Escape.
Vardy and Mahrez are having a great season but best signing this season is Kante. All the big boys will be after him soon. New Claude Makelele and I believe it was Ranieri who signed CM for Chelsea. Great energy never seen a player win so many tackles and he is only 5" 6. Only 24 as well. Gokan Inler can't get a look in.

Beware of those blades mate, this is their cup final, give the buggers an inch and they will bombard you with the type of football that your guys won't be familiar with. I reckon that L v G will use some of the kids, hopefully he will have the real deal on the bench, just in case, I actually wish you all the best in this one.

I see Liverpool and Spurs are through to join Utd in the proper cup then. The fact that we have beaten both these teams and they in turn have absolutely walloped the best of our CL teams City backs up my argument that the best teams from the PL are in the Europa league this season. (yes I know Hep, if my auntie was my uncle blah de blah)

Every team has injuries and ours may be worse than others and I am also loyal to a fault but I am struggling to come to terms with both his team selections and substitutions in the last two games. To have two England and one French international players on the bench and then pick all those kids in defence defies logic and to top it all he takes Mata off in the CL then Fellaini yesterday when both were our best players in those games and who did he bring on? POWELL!!
You have to think he is angling for the sack with decisions like that!..... But I am still optimistic once our top players return

Also, our luck might change like the bitters, have you ever seen a more jammy team. Watching it on the rig here a geordie said to me look at the crowd they have all given up and gone home. I said no mate that is the usual attendance at the start of the game.

Man City have the third highest average attendance figure in the Premiership at 53,218 which is 98.9% of capacity. I don't know what makes you so lacking in general football knowledge, but it certainly works a treat.

The owner must be buying 20,000 tickets as we are not blind and I dont think people are daft enough to buy tickets and not go. So open your eyes and explain the vast empty spaces each and every game. No amount of doctoring attendance figures can make us see people who are not there.
