If George Graham had been your manager instead of Wenger for the last 12 years I would bet you would have a few more PL titles to your name and maybe even a CL trophy.....but your team would have been boring the hell out of everyone with the gunners fans praising them to the rafters at the same time. Wenger on the other hand has produced teams playing great football, but with such a soft underbelly that the fans call for his head every season and implore him to solidify (otherwise known as  Boring everyone) the spine of the team to enable you to win the league. So Arsenal fans cheered the team on when you were boring as you were winning titles and call for the managers head when you are exciting because you are not winning the league.
You then call Utd boring when we have solidified our spine to make us solid and now we will work on our attacking play to make us more easy on the eye and effective to give us the finished article and dominate yet again. Ignorant people may boo the team but most of us who are knowledgable about the game realise where we are heading and welcome it.

For the record In the late 80's and early 90's a time when Utd were not even bit part players Arsenal had a style of playing and winning titles that was fit for purpose at that time  and that time only
Its all immaterial as any comparison to your current Utd side means nothing because you'll win nothing playing like that in this era.
If and buts about GG being in charge for the last 12 years are total bollocks because he wasn't and Wenger was.
So it is what it is as always and we accept it now but can you accept that you're boring and you're own fans hate it?

We can bat this around all night, you accepted boring football because it suited at the time?? Really! I would love us to be more expansive but we must walk before we can run. What I found really boring was every tom dick and harry turning us over under Moyes and leaving us halfway down the table. For the time being we must stay in contention and try to add some up front quality in the window or either the current crop of Rooney backed up by promising youngsters finding form, then in the second half of the season we can kick it on. If we dont win it this year we never will again as there is absolutely nothing of note to beat.

I still cringe at the memory of a George Graham Arsenal side beating SWFC 7-1 at Highbury in 1992, we were a very good side in those days, then there were two Cup Final defeats to them, we fared far better against Man Utd in those days.
But then again my general football knowledge is very poor.  Â

The problem is that Man Utd supporters consider that the supporters of other clubs should treat them as superior beings, this all comes from Munich, when they recieved a lot of sympathy, then the Charlton, Law and Best combination were a joy to behold, but many of the so called Man Utd supporters considered that supporting a top team made them top supporters, not so, as I could understand how good these guys were whilst most of the reds hadn't got a clue.
The trouble with the current Man Utd side is that although the wheels haven't actually fallen off the wagon, they were never properly fixed to it's axels in the first place. Only Leicester and Palace are showing any interest in upping their respective games, Chelsea are having a mare, Arsenal aren't doing anything that shows them as potential champions and Man City need to grow a penis and take what should be theirs.
But as has been said before, what do I know? Â Â Â

Didnt see many academy kids in the other 3 teams this week lads, all teams suffer from injuries but ours crippled us unfortunately. I have to commend the Gunners though, to qualify from the position they put themselves in was a mercurial effort so well done Jay. Cant say I am too bothered by going out at this stage as we are not good enough yet to go much further just like the rest of you so it wont be much longer before you all follow. We can give the kids a run in the Europa league and concentrate on bringing the PL home.
I have one comment to make though, I cannot remember another year when the 3 europa league teams are better than the 3 CL teams but this year that is what we have.

Congratulations to the 3 CL english qualifying teams. Juve and psg are to be avoided in the next round, L'arse have a tough job playing group winners.
What happened to man u dakey. you were giving it large here how you were the only one sure to qualify and yet are the first to go out. Also i see you have started to call the europa cup the europa cup. i thought you called it the losers cup. funny old world greavsie. lmfao
 btw if the 3 points chelsea gifted to bmouth at the w/e means my home town club bmouth stay up i will be immensely happy..
