If he's throwing his money around like that he must have converted to being a Citeh fan. He'll have to be really crap to run up a $97 million debtr though! Perhaps he could get the Clover sponsored for a stupid amount of money and the staff dressed in shirts with a sponsors name on? Come on the game's regulators - sort them out. They've got more money than sense! If they want to buy trophies why don't they just nip down the local sports centre and get a few engraved?

FFP my arse, City started clubs in America, Australia and a ladies team and are charging them a fee for intellectual property.... FOR THEIR OWN TEAMS!!! what the F... is going on?? Sort it out Eufa. Shampers, we are paying top money out of EARNED INCOME!! can you grasp that concept?
City are no doubt a formidable team but each and every game the officials are falling over themselves to give them crucial decisions. 1-0 up and Rose puts in a perfect tackle...... result Penalty and sending off! a disgraceful double whammy that ended the game. Its easy then with the tails up to demolish 10 men who had given up and it is happening every week without fail.
Also lets see if Jose plays an attacking game next week at the Emptihad instead of playing with no forwards like he did at O/T. then he has the cheek to slag West Ham for refusing to roll over. Jokers all over the shop.

All that money out of EARNED income to get beaten by Sunnyland and then sneak past Cardiff, WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY you mid table losers are, might as well spend less on Looney, Van Persil and Joe Dolce and reduce the debt burden and pay ever bigger divis to the Double Glaziers where's Michael Knighton when you need him?

Shampers,
We actually beat Sunderland 1-0 after 90 minutes and 2-1 after 120 mins and Sunderland had 120 minutes to score their away goal we only had 90. If you are going to apply an away goal rule it should be on 90 minutes only. we lost the penalty shootout to determine who went through. Get with the programme. I think everyone at the top understands that if Rooney and RVP had stayed fit (we have lost one in 35 games with those two in tandem) then we would be right up there and you teams simply have to make the most of this season as it wont come around like this for you every year. Now, only one of you can win it and I hope the Gunners keep their nerve and nick it, then the other two will have ended a long league campaign with jack to show for it.

Once upon a time....... A very rich Arab prince was discussing buying into the EPL with his underlings and it went something like this. " I am bored, I want to buy a small provincial club in England, pump some money in and have a general play around with it so he had a look around and chose the bitters. He said to his cohorts, they are a small club who dont even own their own ground so it will cost us 500 million up front for the ground and we will go from there.
when the deal was done he remarked, are these people mad? we dont have to buy the ground after all, just bung them a few million a year rent and bobs your uncle, no building or developing a new ground for us like Arsenal or Utd or Liverpool, no that is for mugs what we will do is take 100 million from the amount saved on buying the stadium and spend it developing the area around the ground, just to keep the council sweet then invest the other 400 million saved to pay for the rent and a couple of top players and their wages every year. simple!
Now this FFP may cause us a problem so I will get some of my family businesses that I own to sponsor us for ridiculous amounts, but that still wont be enough for this little club with no fans to break even so I will start up clubs in Citys name all over the world, channel my money into them through offshore accounts etc then charge them for intellectual property rights and the 100 million or so that we get for that will just about put us at the FFP limit of a 40 million pound loss. Easy as shelling peas.
our little club now appears to be soundly run financially even though it is my money that is being rotated around by creative accountancy and sharp practice with the result that we can pay 700,000 pounds a day wages with hardly any supporters. Brilliant. While in the real world other clubs have to hike their prices in a forlorn attempt to compete and the ordinary working class fan is priced out of his football.
I know this sounds like a fairy story, or to some a horror story but it is happening in our league by not one club but two and I am just wondering when the authorities will grow some and sort it out as it stinks to high heaven!

It stinks don't it. I can't respect any club or organisation that operates like that. It's not the fans fault mind you Dakey its purely the ego's of the owners and as you so rightly put it the lack of balls of uefa/FIFA etc. We really are in mess with this and I can't see an end to it.

So,
Rose has had his sending off reversed by the FA, a sending off engineered not by the referee but the very linesman who also chalked off a legitimate spurs goal in the first half that would have made it 1-1. I wonder what his 'punishment' will be? They will probably strike him a medal along with all the other officials who are trying their damdest to hand the bitters the title. They say these things even themselves out over a season, it will take until 2050 to level things up in Citys case. As Jose said today, City might be the best team in the world in the eyes of the legendary Sherwood, back in the real world we will hold our council until the refs start being impartial and the likes of Chelsea and Barca have come and gone.

smivs,
We have hit a low point and are on the up mate, contrary to popular belief we did not win all the time under the great man either, but what we did do is after a relatively poor season we came back more determined and turned it around, each and every time. There is nothing to suggest anything will be different this time. In fact I would not put it past us to nick the CL this season. Now, wouldnt that be one in the eye for you ABUs

Well fellas,
Its official....we are having some poxy luck and try as we might it is not changing for the better. How many times have you seen any team lose both Centre halves in the same game, I will tell you, never! Another shite deflected goal..... I could go on and on but I dont want to get a name for being a moaner. Bring on the CL as I am fed up of the PL at the moment.
