I think you will have to bite the bullit on that one Chaddy, Kev is correct the joke is what have Giggsy and Milliband got in COMMON, not what the difference is. They are BOTH left wingers and BOTH have cheated on their brothers. Get with the programme mate.

I admit to feeling a bit sorry for Gerrard when one of my mates has just reminded me how he placed a bad backpass to Lampard to win the league for Chelsea over Utd and laughed about it....... Steven, that pass to BA is no laughing matter now is it? that is known as Karma! (although I still hope the blue shite throw it away again for about the fourth time this season)

Just reported on Sky:

Manchester City and Paris St Germain have been offered settlements for breaching financial fair play (FFP) rules.

It was revealed on Monday afternoon that UEFA's club financial control board had made offers to the English and French clubs, along with several others, deemed to have breached the rules ahead of its meeting on Thursday.

There are fewer than 20 clubs involved in total, according to reports, and they can either accept the offer of the sanctions, which could range from a reprimand to a fine up to restrictions on the squad for European competition next season, or try to negotiate a lesser punishment.

If no agreement is reached, then the outstanding cases will go to an adjudicatory panel for a final decision.

European football's governing body fears spiralling costs could be the death of some clubs who are spending beyond their means and it is desperate to give the sport more stability.

UEFA president Michel Platini also wants to stamp out "financial doping", suggesting the extortionate expenditure conducted by the bigger clubs is ruining football.

City, owned by the Abu Dhabi United Group, which is a company owned by Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed al-Nahyan, have been busy in the transfer market in recent seasons, as have French club PSG.

UEFA is making its first FFP ruling based on club accounts from the past two seasons - 2011-12 and 2012-13.

Have the authorities got the bottle to punish these clubs trying to buy the game?

Kev,

How they can have a sense of Pride or sense of achievement in the club is beyond me, anything they get is just bought not earned using players who would not be within a million miles of the god forsaken place without the bloated wage packets. The whole rotten set up just makes you want to puke! Roll on next season when the staus quo will be restored.

Chaddy,

Have you worked out your attempt at a Giggsy joke yet? You have gone a bit quiet once you have realised that Kev made a bit of a mug out of you. There is nothing worse than a bad joke then told badly!

As GiggsyWiggsy ''this is how we do it at ManU, it's the history, it's the high ground'' as he explained the joke to Rhodri that he had been playing on his sister-in-law for the past 8 years ............ have i got that right Dakey & Kev, is the grammatical place of 'his' clearly explaining it was Giggsy's sister-in-law that he was shagging rather than Rhodri's sister-in-law............. sorry to labour the point, but it is crucial to understand how they do it at ManU, to make sure the high ground is maintained, as i wouldn't want the joke to read that Giggsy was only shagging his own wife wink

Shampers,

That last post of yours is the reason why they invented the word 'gobbledegook' !! What the hell was all that about? You lost me halfway through the first sentence. Scroll back a bit and have a look at Chaddys attempt at a joke, that he got schoolboyishly wrong and then you try and explain just what your last post was all about in terms that us people with slightly higher IQs will understand.

I just dont get it, Managers fail and walk away with big payoffs but then always get another managers job 6 months later. In the meantime, they can always rely on Sky to give them work. David Moyes has just been given a start by Sky already.....He fits his first dish tomorrow.

They say footballers are stupid and that is correct, Ramos, last night threw himself into a reckless slide tackle got the ball and man and 8 refs out of 10 would have booked him and he misses the final, Having seen his team mate get away with it the idiot Alonso does exactly the same and doesnt get away with it and is now crying about Eufa rules. STAY ON YOUR FEET you complete numpty you were 4-0 up on aggregate!

To compound it all, Ancellotti is supposed to be a top manager, at 4-0 up why did he not substitute the two of them and thus take away the chance of their stupidity getting the best of them. No, he even sent Ramos out for 25 minutes of the second half, an inexplicable decision. These people have the IQ of a walnut and get paid a fortune you couldnt make it up could you.

I have the highest regard for Carlo ancellotti.

He's a gentleman a winner plays attractive football and is full of dignity.

So glad he ain't at that repugnant little outfit chiswick Leipzig.

I agree Dakey, these managers have the IQ of a walnut, clearly Giggsy thought a court order would silence the internet wink

Well George,

It appears that when you try and shift the bus and take it forward a bit then the tank is empty. Best team by a mile won in the end so you can have no complaints there mate.

They are all saying that the final will be contested by two teams from the same City for the first time ever. Are they stupid, what about 2008, Chelsea V Man Utd....... two London clubs!
