Nice words chaddie, nice to see some fans arent bitter and twisted and have some good grace about them
2 amazings things about winning the PL
1) being on top of the league from the 1st game of the season to the last, one record that can only be equalled never broken
2) only team in the last 10 years to make a profit and win the league
and i must say well done to the foxes great season deserved to stay up. your win over man u one of the best games of the season.
looking forward to another great challenge with citeh next season, cant see anyone else challenging.

It may interest you to know that when Gerry realised that he was not going to earn a living for ever out of football that he went back to school/college, where he passed shed loads of exams and became the Midland Bank's (HSBC) head of branch furnishing acquisition, you can't keep a good man down.

Difference is Jay your lot forgot what silverware looked like.
My daughter wnated to see chelsea in Sydney where the ground holds over 60k for an end of season friendly. the game was sold out in 15 minutes and she didnt get any tickets and is gutted. that tells you alot about which team has a global brand and is not one that is isolated to a small part of north london. Anyway thought you were doing us all a favour and not posting again till next season.

Bloody hell Jay, 70,000 is not that shabby, thats about 4 home games for the bitters, if the weathers nice! Their open top bus celebration last season was the only time ever that there have been more people on the bus than in the street........Still they wont have that embarrasment this year will they.
Good luck for the final, Arsenal should win but if everything clicks for the Villa there could be an upset and at 5/2 odds for a Villa win it might just be worth a flutter.

What an heart warming story in the week that Fifa has been exposed as corrupt. FC Utd of Manchester, a club that was born out of frustration at the Glazers takover of Utd, set up by a few fans over a curry and couple of ales have in the space of a decade won 4 promotions and sit just below the football league proper. They opened their new stadium in Moston the other night a stones throw from Utds original home and against the mighty Benfica who sent over a team. The local bitters have opposed the building of the stadium from day one despite it benefiting the local community and the only reason for their objections is the nightmare scenario that in the space of another decade there will be not one but two Utds in Manchester that will be bigger and better supported than their obnoxious little arabs plaything. That is what football is all about, supporters clubbing in and doing something about an injustice. Brilliant.
