It would be very difficult not to take the piss out of Citys CL record, never mind Celtic, whether we are in it or not mate! and one years absence doesnt alter the fact that our CL record is better than anyone elses.

Sorry George, being a Utd fan I look long term and I was going back more than just 1 decade hah.
I'm sure Webby would like to blame his 'lino' (George showing his lack of football knowledge again - 'Assistant Referee' hah) BUT the Referee is the man in charge and should take responsibility.
Anyway, let's look forward to what should be a cracking season and Utd adding to their silverware further following our magnificent tournament victory in the US. Jay and Chavvy can battle it out for Sunday's prize without George, Dakey and me having a look in (but probably a good laugh!).

Only the Manchester Senior Cup Final but always nice to put one over on the Bertie Magoo's, Comfortable 4.1 win last night at Hyde FC ground with young James Wilson bagging all four United goals.

I see CFC have made a profit in the transfer window unlike the so called well run clubs who are massively in the red. At least they cant bleat about that this term when fighting it out for a CL spot with spuds.

Well,
What a good old fashioned spanking that was for the bitters. I think the fact we completely demoralised their club with the manchester senior cup walloping the other day had some effect on their confidence.
With the community shield in the bag for Arsenal and the prestigious International Champions cup for Utd to go with the manchester senior cup I think all in all it has been a satisfying pre season campaign and the odds for a Utd/ Arsenal 1st and 2nd in the PL has shortened quite dramatically!

our bus parade starts at 11am tomorrow mate.
its a friendly at Wembley mate and we don't count it as a pot.
Whislt it was mildly enjoyable to beat citeh who had less fans in the stadium than the pie eaters ( sorry dave) it's a friendly warm up and will have no bearing on this season.
I hope I'm wrong but I think it's like this.

Whether City win anything or not they have already decided not to have any more open bus parades. It is a bit embarrasing to have more people on the bus than down in the street so thats a no no in future for them.
You are all fighting for runners up mate and I put you ahead on that race based on the pre season stuff, either way it cannot be as bad for us as last year so thats a bonus.

Knock knock , have i missed anything in the last 3 weeks
Thought not, anyway 1st 'pot' of the season to L'Arse beating our reserve team quite comfortably, they can now go on to emulate the manure by finishing 7th this season - nice drink or 3 with Jay watching the charidee shield, although he couldn't smile too much given he'd been eating golf balls for a bet and looked a little worse for wear ...... albeit could not compete with Dakey who won the 'wear worst' comp hands down last time i met him in the Clover.
So that's Arse with 2 pots and Ciddee with 2 pots, i can live with that, now roll on weekend when it starts proper
