Hep,
That is nonsense mate, the bottom teams have as much chance of upsetting the top teams more than any other league in the world.........thats why Arsenal have a chance of upsetting Palace today!

I see the silly season for refs has started again. Coqelin gets booked then commits a similar challenge and gets 'a final warning' I have no problem with that as I dont really want to see 11 against 10 even for stupid players actions. He then commits another similar challenge so that is it, idiots dont learn and its bye bye Coqelin....... NO!! the hapless Mason decides that a stern word with the Arsenal captain is the appropriate course of action thus allowing Wenger to substitute him seconds later and keep 11 men on the pitch. Once again it should be a case of this particular referee never being allowed near a football pitch ever again, but he will be rolled out again next week to affect someone elses season.

Ummmm
Evens itself out over the 38 games Dakey.
You'll get beat there for sure and that's a good win for us and we should of been out of sight with the amount of chances we created.
normal service will now be resumed.
onwards and upwards.
Â
Now a nice little draw in manc town will be perfect.

Have to say Jay, that with the 3 London 'top' clubs languishing in the bottom half of the table and with Liverpool likely to join Utd and City with max points tomorrow, it could be a landslide for the north west this year. All of a sudden Chelsea look like a tired old squad in need of a makover and though I choke saying it, City look like a proper team at this stage.

dakey,
I leave the nonsense to others, there will be some serious going down the tubes for quite a few clubs, my beloved SWFC was as near as you can get until Milan Mandaric road into town with cheque book in hand and then found wealthy buyer Dejphon Chansiri to take over the reins. Chelsea were playing in the middle of a dog track before Ken Bates took over and Main Road looked like something out of an old black and white Pathe News shot.
When the likes of you and me have been well practised at pushing up daisies Man Utd won't even be a Premiership club, they will be members of a super European league, pull your considerable Man U head out of the sand mate, you might think that you support them, but they certainly don't support you.Â

George, the simple fact is we were not prepared to pay £21 million for a 28 year old Barca reserve, Januzai (I still cant spell his name) is twice the player and a lot younger. The laughable thing is and it is a bit of a club sport at O/T, we just mention someone who we might be interested in just to watch Chelsea and City fall about themselves trying to sign those players. City are doing it now with Otamendi who we never had any desire to buy. Why would we buy those players when we already have better in the squad? If Otamendi was that good why havent Madrid and Barca been in for him? It is marquee signings for us, not reserves, we will win it with what we have now so no problem, but I can see at least one top player being added before it shuts.

Woodward has already failed to land Leighton Baines, Gareth Bale, Fabregas, Thiago Alcantara, Mats Hummels, Toni Kroos, Nicolas Otamendi and Sergio Ramos since he took over from David Gill two years ago.Looks like Man U are no longer the atraction they used to be.
As usual Chelsea as a well run club will balance their books unlike some other clubs in the PL
How coquelin stayed on the pitch after 2 bookable fouls after already being on a  yellow and fernadinhos yellow for an elbow rather than a red and I think some teams are getting better refereeing decisions than others. Surely we cant get poor decisions against us for another 36 games so once things start going our way the Champions will be up near the top again.

George,
Near the top is as close as it gets for you this year mate. Keep panic signing with the likes of Falcao, I am a better centre forward than him and I am 58!
There is only City who demolished you and Utd who have got maximum points without the assistance of the Refs. Both Arsenal and especially Liverpool have had wins gifted to them so both should still be down with the dead beats.
After Newcastle we will have the big curly fella available again and we witnessed the other night just what a handfull he can be on his game. The one decent thing Moyes did was to sign him. (wasnt it Woodward who cut that deal?)

It would appear that we cooled on Pedro to bid for Southamptons Sadio Mane as a younger better option with re sale value. A big bid has also been lodged with Munich for Muller who wants to follow Bastian to O/T........... We should expect counter bids for both players lodged by City and Chelsea before lunchtime.

Well, there you have it. LVG in his pre match inteview has stated categorically that Utd never bid for Pedro and were not interested in signing him. Chelsea 'pinched' a player off us that we were never in for. LOL. Jose has bought a player in a position that he already has strength in when it is obviously defence where his weaknessess are. Joses' ego also would not accept that Falcao is now useless. We let him go and Jose thinks he can make him a player again against all the evidence. My advice to Chelsea would be to develop your own scouting network instead of picking up on soundbites on who Utd might fancy then jumping in feet first with no thought given. This all started with Mikel who Chelsea signed and then had to pay Utd £12 million quid in compensation for a player who had never set foot in O/T. It is a bit laughable now.

George,
What is your point? (no pun intended seeing as you only have one so far) Just settling down on the Auk platform to watch Utd go back top again. The juggernaut rolls on. Lets hope your Utd rejects Falcao and Pedro can pull you out of the relegation zone.
