Dave,
On the Maersk, Global Producer 111 FPSO, which basically means it is a giant ship/oil rig, but unlike a fixed rig it bounces around when the waves get choppy. I am on with Woody installing and commisioning a Sea Water Injection pump and motor, the old mather & platt cartridge type that we used to do in park works. I have just sent him to the bedroom to brew up as we are sharing a room (he is on the top bunk) he has only just shut up after Citys' flukey winner and is looking forward to the Stoke game and going back top (just until monday). He is more passionate about City than you are if you can believe that and no matter how much I try to talk sense into him he is a lost cause. I am afraid he is set for a lifetime of disappointment, but at least I have tried my best to convert him.

I see the boo camp possey are out in force, couldnt believe the boo camp faithful lauded the return of that tw.t from argentina, 3 months ago they all slated him for being an utter toss.r yet now Carlos is the main man. 9 to go, all to play for. Fair play to Citeh on the home record Im sure 30th April will sort that out. Dave I will be getting about early so if you fancy a couple of beers in a relaxed atmosphere give us a shout.

Going for the weekend to London for the arsenal game. It's our least successful ground but we did win this year in league cup! Norwich is actually our most successful away ground, percentage of victories None of them look too easy at the moment Imagine mark Hughes being back for final game!!!

You can fool some of the people etc, etc, 7 league games ago you were 3 points in front. In those 7 games you have lost 6 points to Everton and Swansea while at the same time and with an infinately more difficult programme we have dropped just 2 points at Chelsea. Do the maths mate, that is why we are now 1 point in front, durr.... ( your favourite expression). So yes my friend by comparison you are indeed in freefall! When you attempt to use statistics please try and keep them something like factually based to maintain a semblance of credabilty.

Dakey You must be tired or have no reference books with you mate Our terrible league run has seen us win 8 out of 10eague games since 1st December. Losing 1-0 twice hitting the woodwork on 4 occasions.

I was merely pointing out that YOUR statement of 6 wins in the last 7 games was incorrect, it is actually only 5. The fact that you are scrambling back even further to when you were playing better to make it seem as if you are doing ok is confirmation that your head is jammed firmly up your own ample derriere.

I assume that name is slang for Glasgow Steve......... end of debate. I know the English Premier League isnt the best in the world but I also know that the debacle that passes for a football league north of the border certainly is one of the worst. We have amatuer Sunday teams around Manchester that would finish high up in your premier league and thats no kidding!

You had a good last 20 minutes against sporting who were that far in front they took their foot off the pedal and got out the big cigar.
I suppose if you had played Swansea and Everton over two legs, then you might have had a little spell at the end of the second games against those two as well.
Bloody hell Dave, you only supported Rangers because you had no chance of City winning anything. Now the word is that when the investigation is complete and Rangers are found to have paid illegal payments dating back to around 1986, they will be stripped of all the trophies and be relegated. You are the perrenial Jinx mate, I wouldnt be surprised if both Rangers and City offer you a bung..... to stop associating yourself with them.

We are already in a state of open warfare on here, we have took over the remote control and wont have Scottish football on at any price. Woody has upset a Leeds fan the other night after their spanking. A Chelsea fan stormed out after Nasris' goal and wouldnt shake his hand as Peter was scathing about the fact he was Scottish,from Dundee, had a Dundee Utd season ticket, but had a Chelsea tattoo on his leg. Called him a glory hunter....... Personally I dont think Dundee is too far at all to support Chelsea. that is a stones throw for us Utd fans! Anyway, finishing early today to get a seat to see our brothers from the potteries do the business. Unlike the spineless morons from the Kings Road I think at least they will give it a good go!

That was a hard won point and in the grand scheme of things normally a point at Stoke is a point gained. Unfortunately for you blues these are not normal times they are squeakey bum times and yours are in desperate need of a dose of WD40. It is crystall clear now, a thumping home win over Fulham on monday will see us 3 points clear and a similar goal difference, with a daunting trip to the Emirates looming for you. You can ship in as many Argentinian mercenaries as you like, they wont do you any good at all. Enjoy the next couple of days at the summit, it will be your last time this season.

I seen a leg breaking tackle in the box on the stoke lad early on where his ankle bent like a banana right in front of the blind Webb, sending off and penalty not given, I also seen a handball for another stonewall penalty not given and a goal chalked off for a corner alledgedly drifting out of play then back in again. I also seen a 40 yard shot go through the keepers hands that my granny would have saved. All in all I think you can be grateful that you came away with a point mate and do you know something else, as the pressure grows it just gets harder and harder. Have a nice night.
