In a year when we have taken a sabatical, I cannot believe just how bad the so called contenders are, City, Chelsea, Arsenal and Spurs have been handed basically a free run at it and not one of you has stepped up to the plate. Congratulations to Liverpool on almost certainly claiming title number 19 and I cant wait for next season when we will prevent you from equalling our number 20. Lets face it, we have nothing else to worry about, it is nailed on certain.
Chaddy, I see you are back to the good old days of winning nothing and dining out on Derby wins eh? Nice to see you are still with us after your period of self pity once you realised the game was up once again for another season.

Kev, Mourinho helped calm the situation, it was a physio who lost it but that doesnt take away the facr it was another shiite performance from a shite ref and the FA does FA to help english teams win the CL. Real Madrid last played in la liga on 12th april and have only 2 league games both at home in the period bewteen the dortmund game and their last game with bayern. Atletico had their league game bought forward from the sunday to the friday giving them 3 days complete rest with no travel . Why cant the FA help the english clubs who reach the latter stages of the most important club championship in the world a bit more.The last thing chelsea needed was the sunderland game so close to playing the run away leaders of La Liga away from home.

We are very good at accepting defeat in the correct manner even though we, unlike yourselves, have not had much practice at it.
George,
Watching the Chelsea game yesterday I was surprised to hear that Mike Dean comes from the Wirral. That would explain some of the diabolical decisions given against us over the years, but I must say that giving Chelseas' game yesterday to a scouser to officiate is a very strange and worrying decision by the FA, I cannot fathom why they would open themselves up to questions of bias in that manner. Surely a referee with no connections to the two areas connected to the two teams competing for the title would have been more prudent.

dakey, i must admit i have to give you credit as this season you have been very fair to chelsea and have posted even when your team has been shite unlike some who have just shrunk to a dark corner,

I dont have a scooby what that league table is but any performance related table this season would not be kind to us. Thank God there are only 4 more games to endure, I had given up on this season ages ago.
I see that in a season when Moyes has broken practically every type of record that we dont want to break, todays milestone is the top hat. Never in the history of football has City, Liverpool and Everton done the double over us in the same season. The great mans request that the fans get behind the manager has been admirably followed by most, but for me it is beginning to grate a little and he had better step up to the plate next season or things could get nasty.

George, the political leftie fella (the Lord Mayor) is Gary Millar (runs his own businesses and never have i thought he was a leftie), and yes he is gay, and proud of it, and he does a great job for the City of Liverpool, for once your post is bang out of order about both him and his sexuality, perhaps that says it all about Chelski people or would that be tarring everyone with the same brush?
If by any chance you were confusing him with Joe Anderson (the elected Mayor) then he's married with 4 kids (is extremely leftie) but works tirelessly for the city of LIverpool.
And i'm a Manc ................ which is run by a leftie council, but bizarrely run on an entreprenneriual basis and pretty damned well.
I live and work in one, but I'm from the other
Derek Hatton and Graham Stringer are now a) gone from council life and b) a full time MP - both extreme lefties

Nice to bring a political edge to the debates fellas, but as far as you helping each other is concerned it is a pact with the devil, for me it conjures up images of Roman and the Sheik sat opposite at a big table, full of wads of money shuffling it around between them with a puzzled look on their faces unable to comprehend why they keep getting usurped by one particular well run club from the north west that has now been joined by another particular well run club from the north west with 39 titles between them!
