Chavvy,
If you've got nothing to say then don't bother. I guess you do at least post when you're lot are going down the pan unlike the rest of your mob who presumably are somewhere with George? Problem is you never say anything you just insult others.
Sit down in a quiet room, try and have an intelligent thought about football, and then post ! Simple!

Kev,
Could not have put it better myself, you really are an intelligent, knowledgable chap...... thats why you are a Utd fan. The more refined of the blue shite have long since threw in the towel like my mate Dave Roy. I think he is just happy that he has seen them win a few things in his lifetime and has now retired to his allotment in Moston, finally content that for a short time at least some rich Arab has propelled his little club into the limelight, even though they have not dealt with that leg up in a very dignified manner at all.

Dakey, here we go, 4pm Sunday, UTD VS EVERTON - can't wait for that. Will UTD avenge the 4-4 from last season that effectively cost them the title, or can Everton take a huge step toward securing 3rd or 4th place ? (doubtful following our dissapointing result v Villa last week, but then as we know 'it's a funny old game' isn't it ?)
UTD are on a great run but we know they always come to an end sometime or other, I'm hoping that happens on Sunday, we'll see - we need Felli fit, and Jela back on form, Bainesy just needs to turn up, Hettinga needs to miss the bus, Pienaar at his best, Victor up for it, Jags and Distan alert and feisty, Ossy sparking and if Mirallas is fit, then maybe ........

Jeb,
Looking forward to it immensely, Everton are always tough for us no matter where they are in the league because the players play with pride in the club and not for money unlike some others!
Chaddy,
Me and Kev are used to posting to ourselves when you City and Chelsea fans take your bat and ball home when your teams dont deliver. We post all the time whether the team is performing or not. The song "you only sing when your winning" sums up you muppets in a nutshell and judging by the level of performance you are both putting in then I cant see any of you contributing further anytime soon.

A massive game for both clubs on Sunday. Everton are one of the teams I never really look forward to playing as they often cause us issues and with them flying high at the moment it should be interesting.
Dakey - Chavvy does a least post when his team is underperforming but he just doesn't talk about football and resorts to insults. Perhaps he should start his own thread instead of using our football one! A shame there is no filter capability on EOS.

George,
Chelsea have not agreed to FFP they will agree to a watered down compromise and that is only because the owner is fed up of putting his own money in and wants out. City on the other hand, will vote against as it will see them sink back into oblivion where they belong.
Either way even if the watered down version is agreed, if Eufa stick to their guns and it looks like they will then the likes of Chelsea and City will be playing domestic football only as they will not be allowed in Eufa competittions full stop. Now as far as FFP in the premier league is concerned Utd are not bothered either way as we are dominating the domestic scene even when you have unfettered spending and we are hamstrung by huge interest payments to our hated owner.
Finally, Football banter is about rubbing it in and winding up in good humour when things are going well, but still fighting your corner when it is not. Me and Kev had to put up with you and Chaddy and others when City and Chelsea were in the ascendancy last year, but now you are struggling you dont like us being smug like you were and threaten to remove your contribution, well good riddance to the good time charlies I say but we will continue to contribute win or lose ( your teams are still crap by the way!)

Jay,
Brilliant, combines well with Rooney Wellbeck and Cleverly, will fit perfect into our midfield at O/T when he follows his captain in search of silverware!

Jay,
I dont know which two players you are refering to but I think rape gets an unjustifiable bad press anyway...... statistics tell you that 9 out of 10 people enjoy a gang rape!!
(just a joke guys, no politically correct responses please)

Dakey It could all change but at the moment I'd like to thank City for providing my Saturday evening comedy. There are so many changers around it's like watching that kids program years ago. They are getting ripped apart! What a joke.

Kev,
We have to remain generous in victory and not appear arrogant or aloof ........Bollocks to that! All that wonga spent and for what? after a very brief daliance with the top of the table they have just fallen apart and with the advent of FFP rules we wont be seeing them anywhere near the top again for a very long time. Sir Alex will play virtually a reserve team tomorrow against a very good Everton and that just about sums up the threat posed by both City and Chelsea, no threat at all!!
Respect to Chaddy, he must be hurting like hell but he has come on and said his peice through gritted teeth no doubt, but he has still done it. My old mate Dave Roy has gone down a hell of a lot in my opinion as since the bitters folded and his beloved Rangers trophies were seen to have been achieved with more cheating than Lance Armstrong, he has just vanished off the face of the earth. Never mind Dave, I am sure you enjoyed it as much when you were everyones whipping boys and you have got that again now so congratulations.

Well city have now given in. No heart no guts no chanc that was a pathetic effort from the team of so call super stars. They have enough in the bank for second and it seems to me they have settled for that now. Little jack has come back now and the way he commits to every game is a great example to all pros. It seems that my lads have grown a set and after yesterday's performance it was nice to get all three at a difficult away game with only 10 men. This hurts but the white wxxkers of north London have turned in g bale Fc and are collecting points week in week out. No bale no points so hopefully he will get a enforced lay off soon. Dear old frank is still the only light at chelski plays right and has the attitude to match its a shame the reast of the club don't follow his example. It will be strange when their goal scoring record his held by a midfielder. Daley /Kev The title is yours now one win today and all slim chances will vanish. Just like to say the fa are arseholes France move games to Friday for their teams. Spain move Barcelona and RM to sat night from Sunday when they have a game and we make utd play last game of weekend crazy. Neil

Dakey / Kev,
Although delighted with the week-ends results, I was a little suprised with SAF's team selection today. Although the Everton game was always going to be a tough one, after the bitters demise last night, I thought it was a knocking bet for wholescale changes / resting today. I thought the full Carling cup team would play today......Buttner, Anderson, Smailing etc I was suprised when I listened to him on the radio coming back from OT that he changed his line-up after the City defeat last night - to get the whole thing stitched-up early doors to allow for resting up further down the road. High confidence in despatching Madrid it seems..!!  I was certain Hernandez & Welbeck would start at least !!  What do we know.....he didn't even sub RvP or Rooney at the normal 67mins. Hope it doesn't backfire in the S. Bernabau on Wed night. Would take a 2-1 defeat right now, so importsnt to score. Just hope we don't set up too defensivley minded this time. Other than Ronnie, not too much to be afraid of, & we know all about him..!! Can't wait for Wednesday
Agree Jays comments about Jack W. looks the nearest thing to Gazza we have seen I think & a real edge to him. Future England Captain no doubt. As you say Dakes, I am sure he must be looking at RvP & thinking "I fancy a bit of that".....he he
Cheers
Nick

Hello nick,
Nice to hear from you again, I agree with the useless Mancini in one respect, target your summer signings now and make your interest known early to avoid panic buying later on. City spent £52 million last summer at the end of the window in sheer panic on about 5 average players and they wonder why they are struggling now. FFP means they will not be able to buy their way out of it this time around so their very brief daliance at the top table is at an end and they will sink very quickly back into oblivion where they belong.
I think a couple of initial £6 million bids for Wilshire and Aguero should secure those two players for next season, I know they have not got much experience of winning things but we can teach them that in our reserves as we develop them gradually.
