funny how jay keeps calling chelsea a small club. if he bases small on revenue earned then chelsea are bigger than arsenal, if he bases small on recent trophies won then wigan and bham are bigger than arsenal and chelsea would be massive. maybe when arsenal win the CL they can classify themselves as a big club. ok they have a bigger stadium full of plastic fans with no atmosphere but not all clubs want to sell their souls .

Manchester City fined and squad capped for FFP breach
Manchester City have been fined £49m, £32m of which is suspended, and can only name a 21-man Champions League squad next season after failing Uefa financial fair play rules.
Another sanction means City can only spend £49m on players this summer, as well as any transfer fees they receive.
And their wage bill for 2014-15 must stay the same as this season.
