I am a gambling man, but not a stupid one. All our efforts will be on winning the CL and if we scrape fourth so be it. I will take bets from anyone once the short one season transition is over as we always bounce back in the season after we dont win it.
George, it does show the difference between the clubs We wont sell our best players to anyone if we dont want to, ie Rooney ( and a new contract is about to be signed) you on the other hand have just sold your best player (voted by you fans TWICE) to us and the money paid and then the bid offered for Luke Shaw shows we will not lie down and go away. i promise 100% im not gutted, mata has had only 2 assists this season and no goals. so yes we was very god last 2 years but imho hazard is way better so is oscar so is willian and they all track back which mata doesnt. and 37 mio is great business, btw whats with 300 mio a year for rooney, thats looney.bet the season ticket holders are happy with that lol

George, Did the Chelsea fans vote for Oscar and Hazard over Mata for Player of the year last year? No, didnt think so but all of a sudden they are better than him! Typical. Mata wanted to come Rooney and RVP want to stay, it wont be long before the status quo is back.

I agree Mata wanted to go to escape the hideous Jose and the boring boring football but I don't agree about looney and the pervert as they both want out.

PS Master stroke by Jose, Selling his best player to Utd when we have played them twice knowing we will take points off City Arsenal and Liverpool with Rooney, RVP and Mata in the same team. He is practically ensuring the title for his club. Now that is what I call thinking outside the box!

At the start of a business project you have to have enough 'capital' to sustain it through the early years, if there were no such projects 'ever' then most things we take for granted wouldn't exist. Sometimes you need the same type of financial support when a business falls on hard times or decides to reinvigorate itself with substantial changes to it's model.
I'm sure if you go back through Arse & Manure's history then you will find times that they needed that type of backing ........... or in Manure's case solidarity such as donated football kits and a borrowed ground ......... both from City.
Jay - you're spouting crap and beginning to fall into the Dakey camp of bitterness & jealousy that the business model which supported some clubs domination should continue because it suits the ones already in that collective which in business terms is a cartel which in itself is illegal. Get with the times, accept what's going on or the bitterness and jealousy will just eat you up.
