Its win win for us George, if we lose, with 14 players injured it is to be expected. In fact if Arsenal dont beat us this week they never will. If we win, or even draw it will be a good achievement considering it will be something like our capitol one cup squad.
Wellbeck must be gutted, with all these injuries if he had stuck around he would definately have made the bench for this weekend!!

Sweet Jesus! Have a bit of patience Jay!!
Well where do we start? 4 fit defenders at the club and 2 of them are youth team players and we go and lose another one after a few minutes, I cant believe the bad luck we are having with injuries. On the plus side, practically all Arsenals chances fell to where we wanted them to fall..... at the feet of Danny boy. Jay, Neil that is why we shipped him on and thank you very much for giving him a home. Now Rooney, a real captains performance and if you are getting one chance to seal the game he is exactly the man you want it to fall to, what a class finish.
All the crap about our easy start and how we messed it up, well now we have played City and Arsenal away and Chelsea as well and have only 'lost' a portion of one game when we were down to 10 men for an hour. So no fellas, we have not fell apart when the opposition are the top teams and we are in the top 4 with a couple of home games to follow, so watch this space, we are about to go from strength to strength.

According to you we have had the worst Utd team ever..... for each of the last 6 years at least so no one pays any attention to your views as there is no mention or recognition of our horrendous unprecedented injury situation where we are performing with almost HALF our squad missing for a prolonged period and we are in the top 4!!. Anyone with any scant knowledge of football will know that a defensive line consisting of Smalling and 2 youth team players has to be protected by an envelope of senior players with the hope that our class forwards (unlike the shipped out Danny boy) would come up trumps on breakaways and it worked perfectly.
Chaddy chose to support City which shows the type of upbringing he had, there is a strong case these days for social services to get involved early in families like that!
Now, on a serious note. Our recent record against Arsenal is 11 wins 2 draws and 1 defeat in the last 14 games. What I find totally unacceptable is what the hell were that Utd team doing losing that game??!!!! I hope all those players have been shipped out of the club along with Welshite!
Oh, and like your boss Wenger there you go throwing in the towel to Chelsea on behalf of everyone. We are all made of sterner stuff though and even though it is a very tough ask, I think us Manchester teams may stick around for a little while longer yet before conceding the inevitable.

Some very good points raised Dakey. Love you as I undoubtedley do Jason, I do have to raise issue with this annual blurting of "the worst United team ever". It is getting a tad tiresome. Those of us who are getting long in the tooth remember much worse........United teams with players such as Ian Ure (Sir Matt must have been pissed the day he signed him from your lot), Steve James, Tommy O'Neil, Ralphie Milne, or more recent years David Bellion, Djemba Djemba etc etc. But do we whinge? No of course not, we accept that the run of glory cannot last forever, that empires need to be rebuilt, so we pack our stadium, get behind our team & support with a sense of realism. Its only 6 months since he won you the FA Cup for fu*ks sake. (I don't want to go there really as I start to get angey about the previoe FA cup you won, which amounted to daylight robbery)
The point that Dakey elequents about injury cannot be ignored......Jones, Evans, Falco, Raffiel, Blind.......with Carrick & Shaw being patched up to play last night. Add Falco (at the expense of RvP), a fit and stable back 4 & this current United, would be a half decent side - not the best admittedley, but nothing that another transfer window wouldn't put right. As we have said we are in transition, and we are now starting to enjoy the road back to success. I can't see the point in having a go at opposition teams, when clearly the Arsenal are in such a mess.
I have seen last night's game plan so many times before over the last decade, the Arse with so much posession, tippy-tappy stuff on the edge of our box & then getting hit on the counter......goals at ashburton that spring to mind......the great Rooney / Nani 1-2, Ronalso, even Ji Sung bloody Park for gods sake. Its like watching an old video that you never tire of seeing.
Now then Jay, start licking your wounds, leave us to get on with our recovery - either get him sacked or get behind Mr. Wenger - a man who has bought you success way way above your heritage deserves. But as we found out with our own God - SAF, these God's do have to pensioned off at some point. The Club is always bigger than both players or their God's. In our Case we did not learn from Sir Matt's eventual demise, so the same thing happened with Fergie, which does bemuse us all......but hey-ho, life goes on & another Sunday can be enjoyed on the back of yet another smash & grab, which bizzarly should have ended 0-3..!!

couldnt have put it any better myself mate.
One other point I would offer is that King Louis said when we outplayed Chelsea at the theatre, that they were a year ahead of us in developing the team and how correct that statement is. Have we all forgotten that this is not Joses first season back, no, that was last season and they won Jack! He did however evaluate his squad and improve it and have started this campaign on a high. King Louis is only 4 months in and has had to deal with these injuries and is developing his team in the same way. Anything gained this year is a bonus, next year we will be unstoppable!
