Bike hire at Condado

I've tried looking back through old threads to find some info on this but no luck!  I have seen people riding hired bikes there and wondered if anyone had the details of where they could be hired from?  Any help appreciated.....

Hi Tim,

The bikes come from Terry & Jill and you can find them in Naranjos Jardine 4.  We hired the bikes for the day when we were out at easter and they were brill, going back out in July and we will be hiring them again as they are great for not only keeping fit but for exploring and getting about, would certainly recommend them.

Can confirm what Ali says about the bike hire from Jill and Terry.  I hired two for myself and our son at the end of May and at only 25 euros each for a week, fantastic value. What else can you get for that price?   By the day they are 7 euros. 

Great fun but a bit sore on the old backside till I got used to it.  Wanted to bike up to Camposol but didn't know if I could make it.  Someone on here went up there this year on a bike, took him 25 min if I remember right.

I'll have you know it was only taking me 10 - 15 min to get down to the bar/supermarket by the end of the week. lol  Going round corners was the problem, oh and bumps in the first few days, cos it hurt the derriere.

 Hi, Can confirm the 25 mins to Camposol - It was me. Just go out by end of the fence at the bend in the inner ring road (this saves at least ten minutes on going out of the main entrance to the resort)  at Jardines 1 where you will join the service road alongside the orange groves. From here you have a traffic free route all the way up to Camposol until you go over the flyover to Camposol 2 if you are going to the shops/bars. Only a couple of hundred yards really where you will be expose to the traffic. Nice road for cycling with a few ups & downs to make it interesting. Easier going than coming back, but do it a few times and it wil be a 'doddle'.

I thought I remembered it being you, although I think it will be a while before I get to your standard, so it may not be a doddle for quite a while yet.  I'm going to print your directions off this time as well because I knew you gave a short cut but couldn't remember that either, thought it was by Jardin 12 or 13 but Carol couldn't tell me where.  Will try it next time, even if we don't get all the way there.

Gonna get one of those nice padded seats me thinks.   Martyn will need one as he hasn't had his backside primed at all yet.  (No funny remarks, thank you)

I will go with you if you would like some company, can't see it being that difficult, only problem I envisage is being drunk on the road back, may need some elbow and knee pads and with all the zigzaging may be a tad longer.

Might have to hold you to that if Martyn won't go with me, although you are welcome to join us anyway. 

Could be quite a laugh, but Will said it was easier going than coming back, so Dans rope may come in handy. I've been down that service road with Martyn driving, it was like a bl**dy roller coaster, and I hate them.  I can do zig zags,  so that will be alright.  It's going round corners and knowing when to break I have problems.  Just thought, do you think Will said it was harder coming back cos he was well oiled?? I'm sure I remember him saying he went back the next day, in the car, to get his bike.  So how would he know........mmmm

I've only got 2 weeks left to get fit, that will be a miracle, can't get tablets for that.  I will be practicing daily until you get there.
