Well George,
What have you got to say about Chelseas faltering attempt at everlasting glory? It appears that Arsenals invincibles and Utds 99 Quadruple winning teams place in history is safe for at least another year eh mate? It is no coincidence that those records are held by teams without the aid of rich owners, lesson to be learned there I think about team building for the long haul.

Jay, as nice as it was watching the demise of the bitters, I think Bradford outplaying Chelsea from 2-0 down to wallop 4 in and class goals as well just about trumps it for me, but on this occasion lets not split hairs. Now, dont you go and join the disaster party down at little old Brighton today will you mate.

must admit our ressies werent up for it which is a bit worrying but fair play to bradford but it isnt a major comp anymore so not really bothered, however it was nice to see own of our own knocked out citeh! nice one mr bamford. good player and came through the ranks..

I got slated for refering to squad men and youth team players when MK Dons put four past us. Our team didnt contain one single first team regular and we were away from home, wheras yours looked quite like a normal Chelsea line up by the end and you were in your so called fortress. As you said to me, stop making excuses man you were well and truely mullered full stop, end of, etc. The question is does it stop there?

dakey youre lot devalued the fa cup mate and now it just ranks with the league cup as an extra trophy. btw we made 9 changed from our normal starting 11 and we rarely put out a full squad till we get to the semis anymore as cl and pl are far more important but it is a trophy that the smaller teams can have a go at and maybe even a tour bus if they win it!

It is only a small trophy because you are OUT!! The atmosphere yesterday all around the country as the bought and paid for minnows that now call themselves giants crashed and burned was a spectacle to behold, that is why the FA Cup is one of the main trophies in World football with a global audience and will still be so when your benefactor has got bored and you eventually drop down a division to your rightful place and size and thus once again becoming one of those teams that you actually fell victim to.

Let me educate you on your club. From the players who have started most of your recent games the starting line up included, Cahill, Oscar and Obi Mikel. add to that Azpillucueta who is a first team starter coming back from injury so there is 4 to start with. With the match still in the balance Jose brought on the 'world beaters' Hazard, Fabregas and Willian. so the four became 7. Now most people would say there is not a fag paper width between the abilities of both your keepers and I would agree with that, so you finished the game with 8 front line players on the park and that coincided with the period that Bradford rolled you over. With the squad men on you were actually coasting 2-0 then 2-1.
So as I say, stop trying to gloss over it! In the words of your exalted coach 'BE ASHAMED' You have been knocked out of a top top comp whilst fielding a strong team at home by a spirited skillful LOWER DIVISION team.

Bit of sanity brought back into the cup today but still entertaining nevertheless. Should be an interesting draw tomorrow, with all the minnows clamouring already to face the highest ranked team left in it.
Thats always assuming we win the replay. To quote a recent manager ' If we get beat by Brad.... sorry Cambridge we should be ashamed'

Diego is a legend- he just doesnt down and should have had a pen , any team would benefit from his presence. The oppo hates him but for me he is 100 times the player Torres was!

If you read the times and not the sun then you would have seen this
A replay always make things look worse and avoidable, but we do not live in a world where things happen at replay slow speed.
If you project Costa's trajectory from where he came and extend that out towards the ball, and you project the passes he set before the "alleged" stamp, you will see that where he placed his foot is exactly where it would normally have landed and when you then look at Can he moves his foot into the trajectory. Add to this that Costa's eyes were at all times focussed on the ball.
If they were driving cars, then Costa would be judged not guilty because he was not doing a change of direction but continuing his normal course, while Can was crossing that path like a driver getting out of a parking spot
Interesting also that wenger the whinger the poor loser wasnt charged when he attacked jose in the chelsea technical area- french thug!
anyway do feel sorry for jay, a chelsea/spurs final, that must be a personal nightmare with so many grudges!. i think he will stay in bed and watch home and away, oh sorry youre not very good away-i forgot.

I have stayed out of this little southern spat so far, but I have to come down on Jays side George on this one, the sooner that pug faced moron is shipped back to Spain the better for our game over here. He is a common thug nothing worse and nothing better. 3 Game ban will not be enough, stick him with 10 games and he might start to behave like a normal human being, but I wont hold my breath on that one. He makes John Terry look like a role model!!
