FIN

As an ex nurse I can tell you the Majority of medical notes are hand written.
I have said for years we should all have a microchip implanted with all our personal info then it may even cut out the paperwork needed here in Spain too

for meeeee

and im feelin gooood

Hi everyone, just felt like singing....singing the blues i grant you, but singing anyway

I think Darren has a point there, all meet up at the SJ offices, get our hands on some ripe tomato's
and let San Jose know that we have got our tomato's every day and that we would like them to have their tomato's too.

Anybody got a smiley for a tomato?

Check my spelling and grammar................any slips were purely intentional

There was a post on here a few days back from a guy who had lost money 28 years ago here in Spain.

I cannot find the post, so if you are still reading the posts, can I please ask you a couple of questions.  I am going to presume it was the last time they had a crisis here.

Have you found the scenario, from a consumer point of view, any different from the previous crisis.  Particularly in the legal respect.  Is it worse, better or no change.

Is there anything that you have done differently, or would do differently, this time round, based on your previous experience.

I am particularly interested in what your lawyer advised at the time, did you take his advice and what the outcome was.

Please guys dont push this post to the bottom of the pile.  This crisis happened before in Spain around 25 years ago and I remember it well but to date have not found anyone who had experienced it and lost money.  I dont believe BG's existed  then and a lot of people lost money.  I really would like to hear this guys story.  I would PM him but cant find the post or his name.

I didnt read that one Linda.  It would be interesting to read the reply tho. Time may have softened the wounds but the experience was no less than ours I'm sure.   Lets hope we have progression in the Spanish Legal system now some 25 years on!

Briando my good man, im going to be a smart arse today as,  if my memory serves me right , you had 'a' tomato' on  your newly aquired skill in market gardening (tho I may have the wrong Tichmarsh) .  Ive got so many little red ripe blighters i'm giving them away  or freezing them (and its my first time too.. he he).  Worcestershire's the place for rain, fruit and veg this year!!  I may have no money left, no house in spain but by god i've got enough to pelt a few President's for all of us!!!

Sadly my first venture into tomato growing has ended in a bit of a disaster.

I took my plants into the greenouse out of the severe rainfall.......i still have only 3 green tomato's and seem to have killed off the rest of the plants.

I am not a tomato fingered person it seems......i still have the seed packet showing all the very ripe tomato's that i should be getting...the picture looks lovely on the packet

Brianmags and Tonymal are very quiet are the feeling unwell  or  are they desperatley trying to contact SJ for another useless  report  full of lies  or perhaps they have just realised its game over and are busy demanding an apology from SJ ?

Hi ArnoldG

I had no more influence on the outcome than you did Arnold, i was wanting the firm to be folded up as soon as possible and the assets seized.

If there is ever a connection between the firm having extra time to stash the cash, and the organisation we all have opinions of, deflecting the issues away from reality, we should all tell them exactly what we think......

Dont you agree?

Arnold I have been repeatedly attacked by Tony and his posse about talking nonsense despite knowing that san jose crooked directors were syphoning of assets from the middle of last year. Where did I get information from - san jose own sales staff / employees of the company knew what the company was doing last year. But IWMHREGARDLESSOFFACTS crew decided to believe crooked Almudena! She is not poor by the way and lot richer the consistent delays

the problem is the individuals on here who actually know what sort of people san jose are were made out to be "problematic" by the tom foolery IWMHHSEEGOTITCOMPELTELYWRONG crew.

Consequence:-

Crooked san jose have more time to lose your money.

Why IWMHGEEMUSTBEMAD crew decided to believe blatent liars and crooks (including the major by the way) is beyond reason, unless they have been "sorted already".

makes you think...eh

Arnold
I am far from pleased I am raging , livid mad about all of this. I have known how dishonest SJ were for a very long time and I desperately tried to let others know how bad things were and not to place any more faith in this company .I have the same as most  purchasers on here lost a huge amount of money how ridiculous of you to suggest I am pleased. I may not be as surprised or feeling as let down as some at this outcome I knew it was coming long ago but pleased !!!!!!!!!!! get real. Some of us on here have relentlessly  tried to make Brianmags and Tonymal see the truth in all this at times it was unpleasant they gave as good as they got  and sometimes it got very heated .there were times I was in tears with frustration as they just would not listen no matter how diplomatic, softly ,softly,or down right cruel and straight to the point we were . I did not enjoy most of it but kept on choking on their ability to trust this bunch of crooks again. So don't you dare sit there and suggest any of us are pleased  we are just sorry we couldn't get through to them sooner and save them pain. Arnold you are a saddo !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JA

Apparently Senor Jose Rodriguez Murcia (El Presidente /Director of SJ ,Almundena's Papa ) is feeling so bad about this whole mess he is reported to be on antidepressants. Do you think he feels bad about the fact that he has destroyed so many peoples dreams and future financial security or is he more depressed about the thought of his own ?

Tonymal/brianmags ,  dont go  quiet tonight on your members tonight.  Maybe you are still at work and this is unjust but surely you have a reply to this days news.  You have recently claimed increasing  numbers of members to SARC in a recent posting.  Where are you all???  Why do none of these members post in support?  Have you spoken to the Administrators who you said in the July Report want to use SARC as a more direct route to Clients as they admitted they had it so wrong!  What are they saying  now?  You say SARC has a direct line of communication with SJ.  What are they telling you now to tell purchasers?

Im not normally one for going on the attack, but with the Reports in July and August  are so absolute in its claim that everything will be fine, SADM is only 15 months away from completion come end of October .(Totally refuted by a number of our Lawyers ), I think an explanation may be in order here.  What are your members thinking now?  I,m not gloating if this signals the end for SJ, no more than JA, but 98,000 euros can never be recovered for me and i'm pretty dam scared without even the transfer in sight now..

Like JA and others, i'm beyond surprise but not  beyond the pain at the prospect of 98000 down the swannie.

Sal

I hate to say it but could Alarmed be right. Have the leaders of SARC already had their pay out ,could it be a case of mission accomplished. Without them calming everyone down a mass Tomato throwing crowd of angry people could well have descended on SJ's head office and worse !!!!!!!!! I  have always had trouble believing anyone could be so stupid arrogant and 100% sure about anything .Makes you think !!!!!!!   JA

I would appeal to any members of SARC to come forward  SARC leaders claimed to have a growing number of members day by day. Many did not believe there were more than a few members if indeed any more than the leaders .If there are any members out there you may well be angry you have every right to be  you have been led a merry dance by the leaders but please come forward you are among friends here we are all in the same boat now by the looks of things what ever you wanted.
At least if no one comes forward we will know Tonymal and Brianmags had a hidden agenda.

the i want my house brigade all want there heads looking at what a mess i hope they send the crooks to jail, i also hope they can trace the money they have been laundering about, surely someone in spanish authority have got to help the 1500 get there money back half the investors are suppossed to be spanish if they do not the spanish building industry on the costas will be dead no one can trust these people your better of going to eastern europe to buy my hope is that they sell el pinet santa ana to a developer at a cheap price because both places are ready to build and in el pinet case ready to finish a developer could make good money if he buys the land cheap and maybe the investors like us will get some of our money back

It is a disater for many, but I can't understand why anyone can expect the Spanish Government to compensate. Will the UK Government be compensating people affected by the collapse of XL?
The construction industry on the Costas is already on its knees, so no change there.
Many have invested in eastern Europe and they too have come unstuck.
I do find it strange that in view of the current financial climate, people think that just because a developer could by land cheaper than a few years ago, they  "could make good money". Increased interest rates, increased energy costs, increased fuel costs, increased materials costs, decreased numbers of purchasers, etc., etc.,
What is construction cost and who the hell is going to buy?
It is some of these matters that has contributed to the demise of this developer already.
Would anyone current affected, dive in to buy another on these developments at present, if they were fortunate enough to get their money back?

Hands up time. Let's assume that any and every BG was honoured. The sites were sold on to another developer, who had funds in place. Now you have all had your money back and it is safe in your account.
Assume you could buy at the original price now on EP or SADM.
Who would chance it again to put down a deposit and would would leave the money in their account?
So who do they sell to?
