Don't sign anything until all facts are known
Don't get taken up a blind alley by anyone
Keep your cash in a safe place.

This is as I set out a long time ago, although some may not have been at time able to read.
Now, we need to know what the TRUE agenda of those who run SARC is, as my agenda is to protect the purchasers who have been caught in "the mess" (the term used by a SARC leader).
My agenda is to get people to think and try and rid the heartache they have experienced and I find it strage that SARC objects to that !!!!!

Hi Tony please do not tar all with the one brush .I have made some valid points and asked some pertinant questions as has Alan and Tracy .If you are convinced this is the way forward you could at least do all purchasers on this forum the courtesy of answering the points we have raised .Thank  you

He nor CL have yet told us what they actually want as an outcome form this mess nor how we get there. All we are getting is the frantic throwing around of insults, carpet bombing every thread trying to stiffle out communication & access to information.

Why do they not put up or shut up? What out come do they want for us all & how can it be achieved?

We are all going to be given the opportunity to decide the outcome of this mess but it would appear they do not want you to either have the information for nor opportunity to make your own minds up, as is your right and vote as you see fit!

I have allways said that I had no problem with purchasers wanting their money back, I just want a different outcome & it appears that the settlement agreement should give us all the chance to get what we have asked for.  We do not know its content yet so why all of this abuse before it has even come out?

I am concerned that as demonstrated on the threads the SADM village idiot has contibuted to, how can I say this without offending?
He cannot string two words together gramatically, then asks us to view a report, which it is obvious, are not his words.
So, the question has to be asked. Who are puppeteers and do they provide in written form.

From the Sarc Report . Tony are you suggesting that purchasers may want to sign up to this at the notary without ever having seen a letter laying out what the proposal is ?

Thanks for comment I have to just remind all those people with deposits and no Bg please read the proposal very carefully when you get it.       remember    you are not being asked if you want your property or you deposit at this stage that will be later

It is vital that you register you vote for or against via the noteries if the proposal is accepted then we all might get what we want either our house or our deposits back. if refused then we most likely will have to kiss it goodbye,

I can't emphasis  enough how important this is to us all who have funds tied up in the developement and are without a BG

you are refering to the fact that the report will be on the SARC website so all can see it even if there is a mail strike.

I suggest you wait until it come out before you throw any more daft remarks about. You still have not said what outcome you want for us all or yourself nor how it can be achieved. Also you seem to have forgotten about the BG you told us all about when you posted as MM/ JA.

       I don,t like to cut and paste same messages but will do for this time as i try to explain what the vote is about

   the administators and compnay are drafting the proposal it will be a leagaling binding agreement from the administrators & company the courts will enfoce their agreements that they propose so security in that knowledge.

(cant be exact on full details yet but will update as soon as we know)

there will be repayment options for those who wish to get their money back

and enducement and options for those who wish to continue with the purchase

      if we agree to the proposal as a whole then the aministators will ensure acheivability and this will be our only opertunity for all of us to get what we want

We will ask that very question for you & some others to HdT and do a brief update on the porcess. Personally I think that they should contact the purcahsers and their legal representatives to try to ensure that you are informed, get the setlement offer & can then make your decision.

Hi All,

A list of questions has been sent of to HdT and we will get the replies back to you all as soon as possible. The questions were fairly comprehensive and came from SARC members plus PM's and posts on the EOS forum.

We hope to have further information soon and will put out a brief update as soon as we do.
