I think I my satelite has got ITV mixed up with Broadband signals... are we sure this isnt a Corrie or Eastenders script we are logging onto?
Ah well, folk seem pretty sane in Playa..and they have a key! it's an option (she says tongue in cheek and fingers crossed)

Hi folks
Sorry but I have got to have a rant. I have just had a phone call from Ambasun never mind the fact that I have been trying to ask them one question for about 2 months and being told everytime someone will ring me back and never have !!!!! I am in total shock. The point of the phone call was to ask if we had appointed legal representation ! duh. After getting over the shock my mind was wondering what the real reason was and then it suddenly hit me could it be PSI (the bed partners of Ambasun wanting our money again). I hope the kind lady whose name is Laura sleeps well tonight cos she told me she has a big list of people to ring and just for the record 4 people at Ambasun also have lost money, my heart aches (not).
Sorry for this but its raining cats and dogs, Ive had a pig of a day and someone is going to take a lions share of our hard earnt cash.
Well thats it I feel a lot better now.

I am way too tired to rant today . I received an Email today from SJ did anyone else ? It was just a standard email informing us of the publication in the BOE, the 30 day thing and the court being shut for the whole month of Agust etc. I guess it went out to everyone. IDKWIWAAWD

Please don't be too surprised about the tie between ambasun and psi, lets just say 'mother & daughter' are in predominent positions in both companies therefore the solicitor is seen as the 'preferred partner' in these sales. As for calling back.............i don't expect anything less of any agent anymore, mine hasn't been in touch since we paid our deposit in 2005...... and now they come cap in hand and ask us for referrals...............yeah, wotever !!

Sorry for the outburst but it just got me down a bit. Nothing suprises me anymore. PSI only e:mailed when they wanted more money and Ambasun did the same yesterday so it just got up my nose. They cant even get our change of address sorted hence important letters dated 12th june have only just arrived.
Can anyone tell me who I can trust to do such a simple task. I have told PSI twice, Ambasun three times (but they seem to find our new phone number OK whe they want something) and I have had a confirmed e:mail from Pilar saying it has been changed. Anyone got any ideas ? I think the whole flamin lot has just got on my wick finally.
Must apologise but if I cant get this off my chest on the EOS forum amongst friends in the same situation where else is there ?
Think I'm going to go into Asda and shout up with M&S  I need a holiday.

If you want specific questions asked send me a pm remember to put you full name on so they know who you are and I will take them to the relevant people for you not too sure of Ambasun thier admin sucks but I see Anabel at PSI quite often

I too had updated both Ambusun and PSI with change of address and phone numbers. The all important letters had been sent to an old address. Just lucky that i was able to locate them only last week on my return to UK. I have also been told by them, that unless i fly out to Alicante to complete POA ASAP i will not be represented in court even though my name is on the creditors list.
Restless days and sleepless nights.

Some of you have sent your email address's into the SARC email and you are sent any information we recieve prior to it being posted on the SARC website. Could those of you who we can only contact via PM's please send in your email address's to enable us to contact you more quickly and effieciently?
