I dont look here very often nowadays but am so pleased for you all and thank god you didnt all listen to SARC and voted against the sharks San Jose continuing not that it did any good, they have continued to prosper EOS have kept everyone together and informed through each posting, it seems an age since we got our miney back well it is cos it was over 5 years ago we just wanted our money so we could move on and never persued for costs n interest. I have met quite a few if you and genuinly happy that your ightmares have ended. Onwards and Upwards   Linda n Dave

Hi All

PSI and namely Jose Antonio Martinez Martinez from Alicante got us our money back 4yrs ago (we were the 1st ones he had done this for) Guadaloupe got Hawkins his money back just 3 months before us, and that was her 1st success against San Jose too, so both of them do know the process and have been using it for the last 4yrs, but I must say we were both very proactive and phoned not only the soicitors but SGR too on numerous occasions, we were just lucky to havbe been living here.

Good luck to all I am sure you will get your money now but it has been along treck

I agree with Maria the judges should be congratulated but I have to say itis not before time that your legal system stood up and was counted it has taken most of these people 6 years to get to court no wonder people like Redman dont always remember Redman send me a pm on here or the .co,.uk forum I know where the ambasun boss is and I will tell you in case you need it in future

Well John you can think what you like and post te same but there is just 3 little words to say which sumsupthe majority of the legal system here " It is Spain" and they like all legals work at a snail pace and of course exactly the same asthe UK if you don't tellme they don't do the job.

No keep at it all you who are still in the scenario we got our money 31/2 yrs ago with a faxed copy of our Bank Guarantee which had runout of date totally illegal as they only finish when the
licence of 1st Habitation is received and our friends John nChris who bought at the same time way back in 2006 have just got their money took em 7 yrs so all of you keep fighting we must let these Spanish banks know they can't get away with it.
