Hi All,
And particularly members of the Santa Ana Del Monte Residents Co operative, it is time that people began to think about how they will respond to the possabilty of continuing with their house purchase and having it rather then having to try to get their money back. The key differnce between those of us who say " I want my House" and those that do not is this. WE leave open the door of possability and choice, would you not prefer to have a choice rather than just a legal option.
Those of us who have jonied up and formed SARC beleive that with unusual global financial circumstances that it is best to fight for our homes, giving it our best and not being panicked by circumstances. We have choice we have do not just want to walk away from the decision we were so happy to make before, from the location and place where we really want to be! Yes we are all upset and hurt by the possible loss of our hope and aspirations but do we need to walk away from them before we really know what options the administrators are going to offer us.
Ask your self how you wouuld feel if others get their homes and you do not? Support SARC, your nieghbours to be, your friends of the future and say that ,yes I do want my house! Do not let circumstances dictate your life, change them!
Next weekend the standard letters will be available in both English and Spanish on the SARC website. We ask all who wish to have the opportunity to have their house to access the site and send the letter to the people addressed, who have influence and will effect the out come of our development, all you have to do is sign and put on your plot number.
Those of you who do not wish to please note that this will not have any negative impact upon your prefered out come.

Hi, you sad little soul. Why is it that people like yourself cannot understand that I have never used any other name on here and never registered any other username on here,
Why do you spend so much time trying to associate me with anyone else.
It would be far better if you spent the time in trying to rescue yourself from the problems you have with your purchase of the premises at SADM.
Instead of trying to link me with any other contributor, trying searching for the most recent reports on the developer, which are now available.
If it is to difficult, you can still call a kid from the street to show you.

I do not think this person has a brain and may have difficulty reading, as they certainly cannot write English grammar.
alm and Anna are certainly not the same and if someone has informed you that the IDs are the same, they are either LIARS, or also look on you as a complete fool and will believe absolutely anything. e.g. "I still want my house ps and I am near as dam sure that I will get it" 
This should be a warning to the peole who take his advice regarding "the campaign".
Just spouts what he thinks, what anyone tells him and has no facts and no knowledge of how to seek out facts.
PS - a "dam" retains water (could be handy at SADM, if ever constructed, to deal with water shortage).
In case you want to express yourself in such a way again, you may wish to use "damn"

Anyone thought of getting someone to talk to brianmags regarding the false accusation he makes. He is paranoid about trying to connect people with others who have no association whatsoever.

Enough! This arguing has no point and we must all stop. I do not care what ALM wants. I would just like us to be able to exchage info without all of this aggresive posturing. It serves no purpose. I ask for all SADM purchasers to put all of our misuderstandings behind us and start a fresh. Neighbours, fellow purchasers and possibly friends to be, lets keep it that way and not be wound up by others, just ignore them.
All the best to every one. i hope the next few weeks go well and that we can all look back and laugh on all of this.

Hi All & Brianmags
I just have to say that I have been following this forum & the other one as have a lot of contributors on here.
There is just absolutely no way that Alm & Anna are the same person.
Anna was always seen as being relatively freindly with San Jose up until a few months ago
Whereas Alm spent a lot of his time warning us of what might happen to with SADM.
Unfortunately his prophecies seem to have been fulfilled.

Don't want, but would like it if there were not so many accusations regarding multiple usernames, especially when not true.
But can't expect too much from the "campaign leaders", as they disregard fact and see it as something to ridicule.

So try telling one of your gang members to just quote fact and not hearsay, gossip and general garbage.
Some try to bring facts, raise awareness and offer guidance. Others are so single minded, they are in denial.
Face facts, the situation is serious and when people state they are confident they will get their house, they are just making light of the serious situation and not based on any evidence or fact. How could it be when the Administrator has not yet reported.

Hi all,
i have not been on here for a few days and have just spent the last hour catching up on the helpful info that this forum is designed for.
well i have to say not gained much new info in the last hour apart from who does not like who and who is not talking to who.
i guess when all of of our house purchases go to court at least we can say we had all of the facts from this forum site as they have been kindly issued by all of us logging onto this site. we can tell the judge that ??? does not like ??? and ??? told us this sometime ago.
thank you all so much for the last hour of reading i am so much more enlightened by what is going on with the case of will we or wont we get our dream in the sun.

I hope you can clarify this asap or your campagne will be shown once again to be dangerous and foolish and misleading I have just been on your SARC website it is misleading as well You guys should be ashamed of youself please everyone seek legal advice follow the process. One of the stupid little requests by SARC is to allow people to move forward ie deposits back or exchanges without having to go down the lengthy exspensive legal route .Are you now so off your head that you think you can change the process of Spanish Law. Now you are on here telling people you are making an impact on the process.As I stated last night I am aware of to elderly couples who are not taking legal advice becuase they believe your bull. Before the accusations start again I am not trying to make money out of this I do not work internationally and I am not trying to stop SADM from going a head .I just see a danger here and you guys misleading people and I will not stand by and say nothing . Be carefull what you advice people if it is untrue and misleading and ends up to thier detriment at the end of the process. It could come back to bite your rear end in the the uk courts. Hi Daver I hope you read enough threads in that hour to understand the impediment to meaningful info and debate. There are people who dont want us to have info and debate therefor others have news but are reluctant to post on forums because of the attitude,agression,misleading and dangerous behaviour of the IWMH .I believe you have joined this mad lot are you sure you fully understand the nature of thier activity If you seek to stay informed look at my posts on the forums and you will know where to get info that is not here say and speculation.
