Oh Tony how the lies roll of your toungue there are assets left ,well there were before you bought SJ enough time to hide and move them . What hard earned is it you want back I heard your house was ill gotten gains.Tony you have not paid a penny .Therefore have nothing to lose .What about when Almu suggested others attend the last meeting as she felt you and Brianmags had blown your cover and were becoming too obvious .There are lots within SJ who have lost their position and are now prepared to talk .You guys will be punished in the end .What goes around comes around .Spoke to any of your journalist friends recently Tony .No I thought not .Doubt if they would want to . Thank you for stupid remark you most definatley have a penchant for untruths. I also like the fact that you ignore the fact that relaising assets at this time would be very hard and very under value. I amazed by the extremes that you go to trying to create distrust and deride anything positive but I am sure that by now most people have noted that.

No one except SJ or their partners (ie SARC ) give a sh#t if the assets are under valued as long as there is enough to pay back deposits . Once again Tony declare your true intersest in SJ or face being exposed .

How do you know there is or isnt any money?...............what is this high and mighty guesswork you get involved in.....read my comments carefully Tony....you will find i am saying that you say things just to suit your own personal viewpoint.

Does anyone want to speculate why when the rest of us were trying to find legal council as best we could and at what we could afford . Tony was advising against and insisting we did not need legals and should wait. He does not need good representation as he has nothing to lose unlike the rest of us.
SARC are a fraud .

Ive just logged on.. is this really true JA about Tony getting a house for free?? Can it be shown without doubt? Not a thing in any of this would come a surprise but jesus this smells so rotten. Linda, your a lovely lady, but what your reading is anger, anger, pain, anger and disgust in SJ/HdT's actual behaviour and now the potential fact that Forum members SARC are supplying them with angles for more fraud and opportunities of hiding more cash. Personally I just feel ill and sick to death of the worrying.

Hi all,
Just logged on and i am very confused by the latest threads.
As everyone always speaks there mind, please can somebody explain what is going on now. JA, who was your alias? and what exactly is going on with Tony? Has he been honest? Please somebody explain?
I have been reading all the threads from the very beginning of this nightmare and it seems that accusations and hidden agendas are now coming out of the woodwork.
I have no BG and rely on this forum for help, support and advice, even though i have a Lawyer, i think we still need this forum as everyones circumstances are different and every Lawyer is different in how they deal with this.
Please can somebody explain.

I dont know what to believe no adays only that you should independently seek your own counsel (professional) and heed by the professional advice you are given.
I would like to think ARC are above board but jA does make me wonder. After all what owner in their right mind would refuse to criticise san jose and defend their actions regardless of whether or not they wanted their house.
I believe that similar offers were made to another forum owner and rejected outright so no doubt it does go on.

FIN I see many accusations, I see very little fact. I see many questions but very few answers. I see stuff that is totally irrelevant and relevant stuff that gets lost. I see a lot of stuff that does not seem to make any sense whatsoever and I feel sadness that what should be a valuable source of information, to enable people to share and make better informed decisions and form their own questions for their legals, deteriorate into a complete shambles simply because things got personal rather than professional.
For example. I see Malc getting accused of being an agent, because he recommended a SJ property which to someone else.
I myself also have a contract with SJ whereby they would pay £1,000 to you if you sold a property. Ive had it for 5 years and I have never sold one nor have I ever tried. In fact to the contrary, I have told friends and family that it is off plan and their is a risk to their money. If any had decided to purchase I would have given the money to that member of the family as a discount. The point being that because I held a contract that does not make me an agent or in SJ's pocket.
Can we just all get back on track. There will be some tough decisions to be made within the next few months for everyone.

So what the hell is that about. Do you want a pat on the head for being honest and above board?
If so, forget it from me as that is the norm and what I expect of people. Just shame not all weigh up to that.
As far as being an agent for SJ properties, bet there are a lot more on here even. Everybody trying to make a buck or two and the Master (SJ) couldn't care one bit who sells for them, as long as they are sold.
If you see little fact, you read in the wrong places and speak with the wrong people.

There sure are FIN but people are still stupid enough to show their hand and print information from the legals .Ana had the right Idea secure access to lawyers info only .SJ know every move before we make it but they keep their cards close to their chest they are probably warning the banks as we speak so they can find some excuse not to pay on the BGs . OK !
This is a forum..........not a cyber "boxing ring"........there's been so many bouts just lately between the usual supects, that the forum is not really any use to me anymore, in its current mode.
Personally, I couldn't give a rats a~*e what Tonys agenda is, or anyone elses for that matter.
I don't need to, ( and neither does anyone else ), have to listen to what anyone says on this forum.
I read the threads, in the hope that some fact, and helpful advice will come from someone.
The person I listened to the most on this forum was Darren ( & Michelle ), because a lot of what he posted was fact, and made sense. Even he has obviously become disillusioned with all the slanging matches taking place in ALL the threads now, as his posts are very infrequent !!
You all have a choice to make in what you listen to, and what action you take.
Personally, I have taken heed from my Lawyer, and hope and pray that something will come good out of the mess that we are all in, but, I'm not holding my breath !!
I, like some others, have got my mindset to the fact that I will lose everything that I've paid so far.
That way, if it does happen, it won't be such a shock !!
On the other hand......if I do get some, if not all, my money back, I will view that as a bonus, and feel damn lucky too !!
BG or no BG............personally.......we don't have one, and will take the advice, yet again, from our Lawyer.
To all of you who want the same as we do.........good luck to you !!
To those of you who want to use this forum, to vent your anger at others that post on it..........for Gods sake......GIVE IT A REST !!

There are obviously some very, very clever people who contribute to this forum.
They don't know about me or what I do, yet they can comment on my intelligence, how I can't afford to buy at SADM, how I am " makeing " myself "look stupid". (Some will appreciate why itallics) and yet it is I who "look stupid"?
"JA/FIN way of replying to things when they really havent any answers" - There have been plenty of answers, as thanked for by many. It is just a shame that some have found them too hard to understand.
By the way, no developer mentioned on this forum owes me as much as 1€ (so glad I am stupid).
Purchasers. you have now had sufficient warning on how and when you should have taken action to protect yourself. So from now on in, some will have nobody but themselves to blame if it goes down hill from here.
For those who do not have control over their destiny, for no fault of their own, I just hope that someone somewhere can help.
