Can't believe  how crap it is here in Spain.

Been here nearly six weeks and everything's been great until this morning. I mean we've had five weeks of glorious sunshine and this morning it's pissing down !!! What the hell's going on!!!

It's almost like the UK, except it's warmer, there's no Labour Government to wind me up by taking all my money to fund the sick lame and downright lazy. Hang forgot I'm one of the lazy b****ds now, forget the last bit.

In Fact It's not crap here at all just winding you poor folks back in the UK up Ha! Ha! Ha!

well it`s lovely and sunny in england and i think i will not move to spain afterall just returned from a week in mallorca got well sunburned hang on it`s the postman.............

John and I are in sunny Denia (not!).  We have had a couple of good days, but today it was foul!! The only good news was that we had lunch in Calpe today which cost us 9 euros - I had an enormous plate of delicious grilled fish as part of menu del dia.  Talking of foul, John had roast chicken, which he also said was delicious.  It might have been sunnier in London, but lunch would not have been as cheap or as good!

Finally here then get yourself to Javier  or Altea both worth a visit nice places too there are a few nice restaurants, some of our favourite places for a walk around,  I find Calpe very british and it is a long way from the railway.

You can get the train right to Alicante from Denia and it is a lovely run on the coastal route plenty of places to stop on the way too

 When do you arrive in Jumilla ?

we go to our estate in Scotland next week for a weeks break from the sun

Speaking of weather...yesterday was torrential here and most of the normally dry 'Ramblers' (river beds) were in full flow. Did get some fantastic pics though of the forked-lightning.

And for those who PM'd me regarding Playa Golf / Cabo Roig....you'll be un-pleased to know the sewerage overflowed again yesterday and has affected the beach area and town......pee-ewwwww !! PG is not directly affected other than the smell....but we all have to suffer that !
