FIN Tony doesn't need our approval to be President. He has already stated that once SADM is underway he and SARC would negotiate on behalf of all residents with SJ to ensure their need s and, point of views are taken into account in completing the development .Is it OK if Tony and SARC become President wont the residents have a say in who negotiates on their behalf .With Tony at the helm unelected  SADM already sound like hell not  the paradise many expected  . Tony who do you think you are .
Quote from Tonymal's post         " SARC will engage with HdT on the plan for the development to put purchasers needs and viewpoint across. "      Oh really not without everyone's say so you wont

This would make me even angrier Tony if I thought for one minute SADM would go a head  . I would be taking legal action against SARC  for sheer arrogance  and misrepresentation .As I have said before Tony be very careful as to who you actually  represent .

We have just read the excellent email from Linda who, like us, lives in the area and, unlike us, has done so for many years.  Anybody else have any comments?

Sue and John

Julie and Fin, please calm down.

SARC have a membership of 37!

This information was given to us by a SARC member

Is it not obvious that a corrupt developer building 10,000 homes would consult an insignificant san jose quango on infrastructure, how many pools are needed, type of commercial premises, whether to have two five a side pitches, rather than one and a tennis court, how many zebra crossings, layout of carparks etc etc , the said quango supposedly representing views of less than 0.5% of the development.

Come on you two grow up.

Tony is really important.

After all:-

1) He is a dreamer - like San Jose
2) He believes fiction stories - like the proganda fed to him by San jose
3) He cant add up - as proved by his incessant garbage regarding finance

Next he will tell your neighbours are Santa Claus and Elvis

Come on he is an intelligent man, i heard a guina pig for NHS research except his wife did not tell they took his brain out

It is an excellent e:mail and as Linda says there are many reasons why some will want their money back and some would prefer to carry on and have their house.
I for one appreciate Linda sharing her knowledge and facts.

Thanks Linda & Sue

Yes Sue and John a wonderful post from Linda really good points from one who always speaks wise carefully thought out words of wisdom .Shame it was immediately overshadowed by another useless post from Tony many good posts are pushed to the bottom of the agenda by The SARC leaders it is one of the things that infuriates people and indeed one of their silly little tactics.

Linda is right there are probably as many points of view as purchasers as everyone will have a particular set of circumstances unique only to them. The best point she made is the complicated nature of this whole business. Points of views on the forum  often over simplify the situation  . It is very complex even for the legal eagles to decide what is  the best way forward .People feel betrayed and don't know who to trust anymore or what to do for the best.

Just one other thought I have had .There may be lots of purchasers who would like SADM to continue and want their houses but don't want anything to do with SARC just a thought..SARC really should  stop implying that thay represent " purchasers " as a whole .

Julie's last point:-

"Just one other thought I have had .There may be lots of purchasers who would like SADM to continue and want their houses but don't want anything to do with SARC just a thought..SARC really should  stop implying that thay represent " purchasers " as a whole ."

Yes Julie they represent:-

0.37% of all potential purchasers
Not a lot is it folks.

Hi All,
I thouhgt Brainmags made it quite clear that SARC membership is over 100 and growing, so why the silly comment? It is also a bit daft to whine about an organised purchaser group representing themselves and getting things done.

By the way has this plethera of postings pushed positive comment down the thread again?  Why does that keep happening?

All the best
Tony

Thats the way try to forget about IWMMB and SARC and think about the people. It doesn't matter who is where and in what group does it ?  All we all want and need is help through this mess.  We all bought the house for what ever reasons and we all made our own decisions and thats what will happen at the end of the day.  We will go for what ever suits our circumstances.

I personally hope everyone gets what they want.  By the way these are my own words nobody elses but I suppose they will be torn to pieces.

Night night all.

Chrissie

Can SARC tell me how you leaped from 37/39 members to 199 whilst you were without IT support or able to post for what was it, two weeks when the Report of the missing 14million came out???  IWMMB is at 22 in a few days let alone 4 months or more?  Just asking...

Ask away Martin but you will only get lies lies and more lies . I am really beginning to wonder about Brian and Tony's real motives in all this there are to many others who have spoke to admin etc recently and are gatting a completely different answer as to the state of affairs ..Strange.!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did not credit them with enough sense to be  "in it " so to speak  but I am now not sure at all of what they are up to .

They are clutching straws like we all are......respect for everyone on here...but its not us that make any decisions or any difference.

Sorry to deflate any egos at sarc

Linda....what about no BG and contracts over run or expired....i guess they are the majority now....did you mention that scenario at all?

Brian

Fin  you must be a very clever person to assume that i want sadm to continue and ill be drinking in the clubhouse from what i said,  or is that you havent got the usually smarta... answers to a simple statement that you normally have, like i say i find most of what you say boring anyway. Then i suppose by the amount of replies you put on here must be only life you have, BORING to some but not all i suppose.

Back to something Briando asked Linda about folk without BGs but contracts  on which  completion has over ran .
This is a very interesting scenario and as briando says a situation which many will be in now  or will be in soon . In some cases even without BGs some courts have ruled in favour of consumer /purchaser under breach of contract .Now this does not help if SJ/HdT  have no money left or are claiming to have no money left. How ever what if we could prove they have money hidden else where , or have moved money around illegally or have in fact committed fraud  . Long shot but who knows ! Lets leave the IWMH brigade to it and stop posting here ,lets have some informative posts and brainstorming on the IWMMB threads.

That is for people who actually have  brains , sorry Brian and Tonymal you may look,  we can't stop you but none of your posts will be replied to or acknowledged.

Lets try this and see what can be achieved when the rantings of SARC are not an issue or a  distraction to good information sharing  ,communication and fact finding  JA
