I think it is entirely relevant as it gives you an indication (not that many should need a further one) about the kind of scum being dealt with!!!

There are a whole trail of people whose lives have been ruined by this scandal. I have heard countless tales of illness, stress, financial ruin (ie people losing everything because of san jose) And having made many of these people good friends; these are not rich cruel or stupid people. They are nice hardworking decent family people looking for a better life.

I am not a religious person but if there is some way that people are judged at the end of their days then I hope each owners pain and suffering gets considered. I was lucky enough to get my money back a year ago. I am financially secure (always have been) and whilst I was waiting/ challenging the system my normal existence was never compromised. Despite this I could never sleep, felt sick constantly and angry to the point of wanting to scream everyday. It made me ill and only nw, when I look back, do I really realise the impact it had on me.

I can only imagine what it has meant for those people who have invested more than they could afford to lose. Those people who have sold their properties to move abroad, those that have re-mortgaged their current homes to pay for their holiday home, those who have suffered serious or terminal illness without any means to extract resource (at least if they were build there would have been to option to sell or rent)

These people are a disgrace. It is not spite that makes me want them not to operate It is protectionism for other hardworking decent people who may be conned in the future.

..as for Tony... I see him as marginally better than san jose..but only marginally. He is just another selfish idiot with some scheme to make something from other peoples misery and pain.

If I had the choice of wealth..I would rather be able to sleep at night.

All the best everyonexxxx

Seems one of those conversations that seems to surface due to sheer frustration at having no other development to report on... Nice to hear of things from Spain and everyone should focus on san jose etc.

Linda I havent seen you on for a while and know you were involved in initial (if not later) meetings with Tony etc with san jose. You have a level head and a close eye on Jumilla. What is your view on the current events? Do you still think people may get their house? Your full integration in the language and culture of your neighbours should give you an excellent insight. I would be interested in your view point

Hello All

It's a while since I logged on (probably four months or so) but I logged on this morning hoping to see that some people may have got a well earned christmas present or at least the hope of having some of their hard earned money returned.

I thought at least by now Tony and Brian may have had the self-respect to stop spining complete nonsense to everyone moving forward.

I thought that program Benidorm made the English look stupid but Brian and Tony you do more than that. lets hope when the NHS has to save 20 billion that you two are not at the helm.

There ae some important things that need to be considered... The expropriation of land never took place. The legal process for this was reversed a long time ago and environmental agencies complained to the regional junta with regards to a lack of water. Regardless of finances...... santa ana del monte jumilla golf will never ever get built. They will not get approval from environmental perspective and they do not own the land the golf course is due to be built on (how therefore can they build a blood y golf course) the only thing san jose are doing is trying to play people to ensure they get signatures so dont go into liquidation. They know full well that santa ana will never go ahead...Tony they ahve played you from day one.

I then read Ton's self important newsletter on his website. The funiest part is when he calls the legal professional for acting dishonestly and not having integrity and agrees with Almun's opinion that some 'have their own agenda'.........He deserves everything he gets.
