I just have to say that I have been following this forum & the other one as have a lot of contributors on here.

There is just absolutely no way that  Alm & Anna are the same person. 
Anna was always seen as being relatively freindly with San Jose up until a few months ago
Whereas Alm spent a lot of his time warning us of what might happen to with SADM.
Unfortunately his prophecies seem to have been fulfilled.

Hi All.. Just a word of warning to anyone who is offered a transfer if that becomes possible.
Prior to the administration I read on another forum that A client was offered a transfer from SADM to Playa Golf. 
But even with the discount San Jose were offering because of all the delays etc. the client discovered that they
would be able to purchase a similar property second hand on the complex at a far cheaper rate.
San Jose were obviously over-valuing there properties considerably.
Worth keeping an eye on.

They value their assets at €257.309.383,20

Yeah my story is the same sad story as everyone else, put down a deposit in may 06 , hoping to get it back. I don't believe SADM will ever go ahead but then again what do I know. I've been wrong before. I have legal representation, I am using a Lawyer along with some other Irish buyers and hoping for the best.
