Well folks I am off for a busmans holiday. Off to Italy tomorrow bright and early to see some developers and real estate companies as it is now possible to get a non resident mortgage for Italy. All work and no play makes for a very dull crocodile so I am taking my factor 2 and my cozzie just in case I get a chance to slide into one of the local lagoons to lie in wait for a passing morsel. As it is work I am still on Smiley time so the laptop and mobile go with me - unfortunately no peace for the wicked but hopefully a little R&R will be partaken during my visit.
