What's the best deal?

I have just had a long conversation with the Malaga office, and no surprise, no one knows anything, and this letter is being waved like a magic wand, as if its going to solve all our problems over night. Anyway, you can have a look for yourselves and see what you think.

Following our telephone conversation earlier on today, I am writing to confirm what we talked about.

As I said over the phone, a letter is being drawn up by one of our directors to inform all Amarion III clients of the current situation. We don’t know what information this letter contains but we have been told it will be sent soon.

This promotion is being dealt with by one of our Spanish director’s therefore Mike Rafferty is not involved at all. Mr. Rafferty knows no more than I do. We are all in the same boat – waiting to see what the letter says.

We do have a cancellation letter from you on file. I’m not sure what options the director’s letter is going to offer, so I think its best that we get back in touch after you have received this letter to discuss if you want to go ahead with the cancellation, or not.

What we are going to be offered still remains to be seen, so we will just wait see.

By the way I live in Manchester if anyone is interested in meeting, or if there is a meeting organised I will try to attend. I missed out on the last one as I knew nothing about it. If everyone agreed, maybe we should collect e. mail addresses so as to be informed about other meetings or important information, that may be missed in this forum.

I am with Philansy in that we should wait until mid november before we do anything.I think that this is another smokescreen from Urbasa about the town hall.I will try to arrange the meeting for the third Sunday in Novemberin the Birmingham area

Can I suggest that we meet on Sunday 19th of November  at 2pm in a pub in the Coleshill area.This is near junction 4 of the M6,junction 7 of the M42. I do not know the exact location yet but i will drive to it at the weekend when I am off work and find somewhere.

I THINK IT'S TO CLOSE TO THE FINISHING DATE TO CANCEL, BETTER OF WAITING AND SEE WHAT THIS LETTER SAYS AND SEE IF THEY DO START ANY WORK WITHIN THE NEXT MONTH

I AM NOT GOING TO CANCEL EVEN IF IT TAKES ANOTHER YEAR

 THE APARTMENT IS STILL GOING UP IN VALUE AND THEY WONT LEAVE IT LIKE THAT FOREVER THEY HAVE PUT TO MUCH MONEY INTO IT TO DO THAT AND IT ALMOST FINISHED

I am with you on this philansy, we will wait to get it finished.  If we pull out they will make a nice profit on the resale value as philansy says they have invested to much money in this there not going to leave it like that.

We were due to be going on the 5th November to furnish it out - ha ha!!!  We have since changed destinations and I think will wait until it's finished until we book up to go out there, whenever that may be!

I do agree though, we will definitely hang on until it's complete - I expect most of the other new builds will be complete before ours and we'd have made a tidy little profit with ours - as painful as it is waiting for it!

does anyone actually now the exact start date. The site was cleared and pile holes for foundations were drilled in 2003 early 2004. Palmera posted photo’s of this on March 2004. I purchased the apartment in September 2003, and as far as I was aware, the property was under construction then. If I am correct, then it’s at least 36 months under construction. When I was in Alicante last April, there lawyer told us that the 36 months was up in June / July

As far as i am aware the 36 months is up in October but when i was talking to someone in Almoradi office (grupo urbasa) she told me they legally had another 3 months so its January
