we are noe living in Spain in Jacarilla a small village southwest of Almoradi.

We went to the site yesterday and there has been no change since February last year. Went to Urbasa who did not or could not give any answers to our questions.

I am going to palmera properties next week and will update you with the situation as they see in next week. It is 30 degrees here at the moment and everything is beautiful

I sent the email to laura's boss on friday still waiting for reply

i asked them

when are the builders starting work - when are the apartments going to be ready - are we going to get compensation

i also told them i had about 40 of there client waiting for a responce and give the a couple of names to prove it

i will let you all know when or if i get a responce     only 6 months to christmas now wonder if they will have started work

have not managed to get on for some time.....like some of the others out there - just to say a big thank you to all you who are backwards and forwards and relaying info to us - keeping updated.  I am in the process of also putting e mail together to send to laura/urbassa etc...the more we keep at it, the better i hope for all of us...bye for now all.x

Hi everyone i rang laura today to see why she as not replied to my email

she said that the bosses have been out all week but they are back tonight or tomoz and she will reply to all emails tomoz hopefully with some news for us

still had no reply from laura i will give her till monday then ring her again

i think they tell that many lies down there they dont know the differance between lies & truth anymore

i have just been on phone to spain and laura said that the water in the car park must be still there  because there as been no workers on site to get rid of it    but the water is not important and dont worry

also she said she is waiting for the reply to my email she as translated it to her boss and will send it asap hopefully this week

i can only tell ya all what they tell me, i spoke to laura from urbasa I dont beleive a word any of them say after all the lies they have told us over the past couple of years  I think it's best for us all getting the info from here when people go over

jeanette lives in amarion 1 and she passes amarion 111 everyday  she told me she would let me know when somert happens i aint heard anything from her so i dont think they have done a thing

lets see if i do get a email from laura this week   ( not holding my breath )

Be interesting for the response from the last direct e mail asking for some direct answers. I now an interpreter who will come with me so next meeting to be set up with Urbasa she will come along, also her parents own an estate agency and is familiar with proceedings, easier for us to asertain if the wool is being pulled over us !!

hi all,  After letter from palmera other week we got on to our solicitor out there asking they look into situation, here is their reply;

The builder urbassahas not restarted works. i have talked with the responsible department in urbassa about situation.They say that they,

are looking for another company to complete the 100%of the construction and the works is going to restart in 3 weeks.They will try to finish the works at time. the best idea is waiy if they restart or not the works in the summer.If they dont restart the works in the summer you must ask for for your money.    Im going to continue looking the property if they will restart works. Im going to speak with the city council about that.

will let you know when we hear anymore.    It may help if you all get your solicitors on to them. they will not find it so easy to brush them off with same old stories we keep getting.   We would prefer to have appartment finished.

Hi everyone   just had a reply from laura  here it is :

As you know during the last year we have been suffering economical problems due to problems with the last builder company working in Amarion III, but this problems are been solving now.

We wait to start with the works on Amarion III, in the month of July this year.

We think that approximately around November, probably before, the building will be ready.

For the moment we are not thinking in compensation because we have many things to solution before, but if the things are going well probably we could do something about the compensations.

As soon as we have new notices about Amarion III, we will contact personally with you.

Hi All and El Robbo

 We have been in contact with our Solicitor as well.  They have tried for some time to get information out of Urbasa especially the start date as legally this should have been entered on the Contract (we don’t have a date on ours) we were told the builder cannot decide when the completion date will be so as to fit in with what he wants.  The date should be on the contract and from 36 months from that date everyone is clear when the contract expires plus added 6 months if needed.  This has been the bug bare of this nightmare all the way through.  The worrying thing now seems to be can we pull out and get our money back only to find that there is another piece of paper to turn up to say that they are still in Contract then we might lose everything.  Until we can find this piece of information out for sure it’s difficult to give them an ultimatum.  We will certainly keep our Solicitor hounding them and I agree that if all of us do the same we might learn something be good or bad.  I find it worrying now that there does not seem to be a security guard on site all of the time or if at all, surely if the build was to start soon they would want to stop more vandalism.  Does not quite add up to me.  We were told by our Solicitor that Urbasa had found new builders to finish the build.   We are trying to get a Bank Guarantee sorted out for our deposit but haven’t had any luck yet, we were told when we signed up that it was guaranteed but apparently we should have a piece of paper regarding this but as ever we have not nor have we got the Acta de Replanteo which we were not aware of.  I think we will all have to tred very carefully with this I think this guy in charge is very clever and I get the feeling he knows exactly what he is doing he has actually got us in a cant move situation at the moment by withholding vital information right from the start of this project and I for one am getting very tired of it. I hope he reads this site and gets sleepless nights or does he find it funny, the latter I would think.  So keep plugging away at those solicitors we need the Out of Contract date 100% verified. As mentioned before i have a copy of the ACTA DE REPLANTEO E INICIO DE OBRA .

I have sent a copy out to a few people on  this site ,this does state the date it is no trouble to send anyone who wants a copy one , just have to keep plenty of stamps in.
