Hi, we have only just found this web page and really pleased we can now talk to other people in the same boat.  We have one of the front penthouse apartments - have been emailing the builders constantly since August with no response and beginning to get worried

Great to have some news on whats happen if anything, we are not in a desparate hurry to complete would prefer them finishing the job properly we are not able to go out there now until February - we were planning to go out in october but no point if very little is being done -  so any news greatfully received.

If it is finished in Nov / Dec we will try and get out there if possible, difficult with work and kids to just get on a plane - do you think it will be finished? we will find a way if it is -  with live in Bristol do you know anyone else up this end of the country -

Have enjoyed reading all the previous messages and learnt a lot as we don't seem to be able to get a response from Laura which is unusual as she always gets back to us, I find Palmera.a waste of time

We have paid the builders direct for kitchen and air conditioning - so hope that there still the builders when it is finished? look forward to touching base with some of the other buyers through this website.

If there is anyone going out there this side of christmas - would appreciate you trying to get a look at Penthouse 6 if at possible and let me know how it is looking!!!!!

I wasn't very clear on the payments - we paid direct to urbasa (we have receipts for this) so that should be ok hopefully

Do you have a new email address for laura? she hasn't responded to our emails which is very unusal for her we haven't be able to get on the website for a while either do you know it that has changed?

welcome kerrie to the amarion111 page . i will be in the almoradi area the second and third week in october. i hope to visit the inside of the development this time having been refused at xmas and easter. palmera are typycal of a cowboy estate agent, full of you know what. they are now trading under more than one name. the office in blackpool comes under "pretige properties overseas"  they offer the same properties in that office that they offerd under palmera ,they even have a web site with identical offers.   i too had work to concider when i first became involved with amarion111 but alas time passes and i'm now in my second years retirement. i do hope to spend there before it's too late

Is there a good time for anyone when these apartments are going to be ready? We are getting married in February so any time between now and then is going to be very difficult for us financially and with getting time off work.

Hi all still no real evidence of full working although the site has had materials delivered also the crane has been recommisioned, also bad news for anyone who is coming over hoping to view the appartments the site is now been secured so access is difficult.One thing that springs to mind is that if the site would have been anywhere in the UK and had been left without gaurds etc there would be very little left however nothing has been damaged or stolen on the site. Have to go now missing the sun its 30 over here and I need another beer. Will keep u all updated if any news occours at this end

Thanks for keeping us posted, lets hope this is a good sign if materials and cranes are in place and they are securing the site - prehaps their actually going to do something!!!!

Thanks Blacksmith, the flag looks older than me. They have not worked there for many moons. I'm over there next week I think I'll take them a new one . We are now looking at the end of this month when they start work
