The builders have not started yet they are still doing the building in elche, She as told me to ring back in 20 days 

It must be getting closer she normally says ring back in 1 month !!

I have just had a look at Palmera picture gallery and there are pictures from March 04 which had the telegraph post still in place - and then found the earliest pictures which were dated Aug 04 (which actually had any building done)  - by my reckoning they have either from March 04 - March 07 plus 6 months to complete taking you to Sept 07  or Aug 04 - Aug 07 plus 6 months which would take them up to February 08.   So that leaves us with dates somewhere between March 07 and Feb 08 before they are out of contract.

Any advances on dates?

THEY ARE SAYING THEY HAVE TO FINISH THE OTHER BUILDING FIRST  WE COULD DO WITH FINDING OUT WHAT IS HAPPENING IN ELCHE (IS ANYONE GOING NEAR THERE ) ?

AMARION 1 AS BEEN SORTED  - SO IF ELCHE GETS SORTED SOON WE MAY BE IN FOR A CHANCE FOR THIS YEAR

Being realistic, I do not think that Amarion 111 will be ready until the earliest,September/ October this year and that is as long as no other problem pops its head up to muddy the waters.I think we will be very lucky to move in this year considering how long we have waited so far and the history of the builders and Palmera properties.

To that effect we have bought another property, off plan, in February this year, and we move into it in mid May. We will sell or rent Amarion when and if it ever gets finished.The new property is in Jacarilla a small village near Almoradi so , once we get set up in May I will be able to keep you informed of the developments in Amarion111.

Me and my wife have come to the conclusion that to live in Amarion111, will not be very nice due to all the troubles that have blighted the building of Amarion 111 and the  bad memories that Amarion 111 evokes.

Hi Jamrock, well,good luck with your new place. Bet they started building after Almarion III too, did they?  Cant say we blame you, we too cant wait any longer, so have invested the money my mum left us when she died last year into another property. We are renting that one out, but the way its going, could just rent out Amarion III and keep the other for us!!

We are still looking forward to getting Amarion, but our heart is not in it like it was!  Think, we have still got a good deal on it really, cant get anything for as cheap now! But, its all this waiting ,not knowing even when their contract is up!!

Anyway, enjoy your new place, not long to May now!

I know you cannot get as cheap as we did in Amarion 111 however we have bought a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, a parking space  underground and  it is fully furnished for £88.0000. When you consider that  parking space with Amarion 111 is 2000 euros, the lights and fitting, a new fitted kitchen  and all of the furniture, we dont think that we have done too bad

Hi guys, spoke with Laura at Urbasa yesterday at length, assured will be complete July/August !! apparently liasing with new contractor who will be starting very soon, sound familiar ?

Guess no body else has any concrete news at moment. 

Not yet she told me to ring her back in 2 weeks, So i have another week to wait  to see what bull s___ they give me this time

I will be suprised if it will be ready july / aug 

I got told of a property sales person who lived in spain that the spanish stop work in the summer because it is to hot to work and they have NOT started on ours yet

Summer is on its way so when they do start it looks like they will stop again - hope they dont but thought i should let ya all know

Well it’s near to the 19^th of March when our developers said work will commence not holding my breath so many false dawns but surly soon we will get a confirmation from somewhere saying the builders are back.

See Mike B mentions August from his conversation with Laura seems like I have wasted more money on flights this really is getting a bit too much now

URBASA HAVE YET AGAIN CHANGED THE BUILDERS, THEY ARE NOT HAVING THE BUILDERS WHO WERE IN ELCHE THEY ARE HAVING SOMEONE ELSE 

THE BUILDERS ARE SUPPOSE TO STERT IN 2 WEEKS - WE'LL SEE

AND AMARION 111 WILL BE READY AT THE END OF THE SUMMER - WE'LL SEE     BETTER BE READY

SO IT LOOKS LIKE JULY AND AUGUST - NO CHANCE    SORRY FOLKS

Latest update from our wonderful developer, they as stated have changed the builder who is ready to commence, however as the builders have been changed the Town Hall has to authorise this and Urbasa are waiting for the approval which they are expecting mid April, they are still saying it will defiantly be completed by the late Summer.

I forgot to ask for which late summer though.

Cheers Misty, another wait eh? We are over on 23rd April so will go to Almoradi and see if there is anything going on. Cant see it being ready for summer now! Maybe end of Autumn? Could look forward to our "party" in our apartments for Christmas????  Keep wishing!!!
