Hi
We have been given the same information regarding the audit that they did not receive all of the deposits paid via Palmera, we paid the deposit direct to a solicitor so I would assume that they would not have released the contracts without receiving the down payment. We have emailed them several times but they are not responding to letters or email so we are in the same position as you and none the wiser at present

Having posted for a while, thanks for all the updates I hope that something is going to happen in the near future, we have no plans to go over at present can't see the point at the moment (or have the time to take off work to be able to) look forward to hearing from you guys jetting back and forth.

Welcome to new comers, has anyone got an email address for the office in Malaga, like some of you Isabella has our original NIE numbers but we have copies and sha has a lot of our documentation so would like to contact them to find out whats going on and where the papers are
