This was the last bit of info we received - in November last year:
'So in short - We lost the 1st instance and of course we appealed. And then the bank has opposed our appeal. We now have to wait for the judgement of this appeal.'
It doesn't look hopeful! How about you?

Hi All
I've just caught up with the responses. Our case goes to court (trial) on 26th April. Like Gainsborough, we went through Sheldon Grossman and the solicitors he uses. I will let you know when I find out anything. Do you think I'll find out on the same day or does it take a while?

Thank you for your comments. I've finally filtered through all of my paperwork and have found all the necessary documents I think will be needed :) I've contacted a few places and think, for our case and situation, we'll need to take a no win no fee option as we don't have money upfront to help the cause sadly. But on the plus side, we'd be happy with any return as we would never have had any money back otherwise. Let me know how you all get on. I've got an afternoon of scanning ahead of me!

Hi, after years of not looking at this website or having anything else to do with the disastrous Amarion iii we've read around and have discovered it may well be possible to claim money back :) I'm glad you're in the process and are looking at a return of some monies. Looking around we're only seeming to find 35% costs to lawyers; we're looking at Reclaim in Spain and Spanish Legal Reclaims - we've read to be careful on the no win no fee and to make sure they cover appeals and that we don't get stung for that. To be honest, if it's a return of the deposit I'm 'happy' to pay 35%. How is everyone getting on? I definitely wouldn't want to go to Spain so would get a Power of Attorney etc if that stopped us having to be there. Graham, if I may, I may drop you my email address if it's not too late to forward me the information of the people you've been using? Any other advice would be gratefully received. Thanks.
