Ref NIE numbers.

If you need an original NIE document and you have the number. When you come over to Spain, go to your local NIE issuing location armed with your original document number and they will issue you an original NIE document in the same number at no extra cost.

Hi JPD,

I have read with interest your article on the CSDAG and the money that people are paying.I would like to know what the aims of the CDSAG are in relation to AMARION111 and what gaurantees do CDSAG give.

If your aim is to get your property completed I do not see how CDSAG can help you, as the poeople who matter are Palmera and Urbasa.

If your aim is to get your money back, how are the CSDAG going to help.

I would be quite willing to join the CSDAG but I need to know more information about their aims in relation to Amarion 111 and how they arew going to help me.

I would hate  to throw good money after bad

Hello all,

we are noe living in Spain in Jacarilla a small village southwest of Almoradi.

We went to the site yesterday and there has been no change since February last year. Went to Urbasa who did not or could not give any answers to our questions.

I am going to palmera properties next week and will update you with the situation as they see in next week. It is 30 degrees here at the moment and everything is beautiful

Hi All

Just to let you know we have just returned from Torrevieja and met up with Laura from Urbasa who was up to par with her excuses. we visited Almoradi and I am afraid that nothing has been done since February last year.

Laura said tha  the company has still got financial problems and that they were not working in Elche but in Elda on bungalows which should have been finished at the end of January.This is the first time that I have heard of bungalows being built by a Spanish firm.

She did not seem to know, or have any idea, when the work in Elda will be completed but she thought that the earliest Amarion 111 would be finished is October or November this year.I persoally doubt this very much

The whole converstion was very indistinct and Laura seemed to be going from excuse to excuse.

I got the impression that she does not know anything about the completion dates and that she has been told to make excuses when approached by buyers of Amarion 111.

I know you cannot get as cheap as we did in Amarion 111 however we have bought a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, a parking space  underground and  it is fully furnished for £88.0000. When you consider that  parking space with Amarion 111 is 2000 euros, the lights and fitting, a new fitted kitchen  and all of the furniture, we dont think that we have done too bad
