Well Seamas

Don't get to excited regarding the pool they came they ran around with a digger and you guest it they have not been seen of again  one days cleay up was all we got.

You will not see any machines apart from the odd one cleaning up on phase 2. Also the Spanish normally go on there holidays next month so we will be lucky to see them for a while

It's tell them anything and run a- way at worse they will win a extra few month's before any more tall tails will be needed to keep them quiet

Ive uploaded a photo of a pool we competed in yesterday and the reason for this is because it has a sliding roof to shut for winter andd open for summer so it will be similar to the one we will be getting. Obviously this one is a standared 25m 8 lane pool and ours will be smaller but its interesting to see the amount of work that needs to go into it. It looked far more complicated then i ever imagined but looked awesome.

I hope ours is just as good also.

When i eat cheese at night i have silly dreams where I see Antonio commiting to the fact the pool will start in 10 days. The same thing last November, i ate some strong chedder and there he was in my dreams stating the pool will start in january.  blimming chedder cheese ...NO MORE darn it, these dreams are getting far too silly !!!

ODE TO TARAY (MR) ENTITLED "WHERE'S OUR POOL"?

"Where's our pool"? the people cry

"It's coming soon" said Mr Taray

"That's been said for many a year"

and buyers are beginning to fear

that they will never, ever get wet

in the pool that has not been built, as yet.

Sometime ago,' 06 in fact,

Taray and I agreed a pact

that I would buy a house from him

which would include a place to swim

but he lied to me, and many more

and when I knock upon his door

to ask him nicely, "where's our pool"?

he looks at me like I'm a fool.

This hurts deeply 'cos I gave

money that took years to save.

Mr Taray, heed me well

more properties you'll find hard to sell

if you don't do what you say

people will refuse to pay

for houses that we're not too sure

are described in your brochure.

Words are cheap, it's often said

and hollow words we've all been fed.

"OLE"

Strewth: I loved your poem!!

But what can we do to get action from Mr Taray???  I have been sitting here in the UK imagining the pool being built as we "speak".  Obviously I am too much of an optimist.  What happened to the idea of the builders working all through August to get the pool finished?  I do agree with Anita and Steve in their remark - August/December but what year!!!

Keep smiling!

Pinot

Do you think there are enough people in the area to make the pay as you go pool/tennis etc financially viable? Its not just the build cost of this but also trying to run it at a profit thats the problem. Thats why they will stall this as long as poss.

Hi, can anyone please tell us what the pool situation is?  we simply don't understand what could have gone wrong, and what Taray's excuse is this time??

We had the plan that was passed by the town hall sent to us two weeks ago, along with the view of the facilities, after a phone call to taray, I asked why work had stopped, and I got no answer, only to be told to speak to Fran in customer service on site, We bought our property in 2007 on the understanding that we had the facilities when the phase 1 was built, If we wanted a residential property we would have looked for one, for a lot less money we bought for a holiday home to enjoy rent out and eventually retire to, we are now sick of the dangling carrot, we see other phases having pools supplied that have been built long after ours, but we couldn't say we would complete, we all believed we would have the facilities, on completion, taray have no reason to delay any more, why should we put up with this anymore, we should all get together and seek legal advice, we have had enough  .

How ignorant can you get? Taray seem to love rubbing the faces of phase one buyers in the dirt whilst  fawning over the "Johnny come lately's" of phase two. Taray seem to have conveniently forgotten that it was the first time buyers on this San Cayetano site that helped get the project off the ground with their money. For this we are rewarded with seeing a communal pool being provided on phase two whilst we on phase one continue to wait for our leisure centre. This, as we all know, is already twelve months behind with its COMPLETION date. We were promised in January 2006 that this leisure centre would be up and running by the summer of 2008.

Taray you suck! Your weak and feeble excuses for not beginning the work on the leisure area have long since become a joke. It is time to tell the truth about why you, as a Company, are continually falling over yourselves to please phase two buyers at the expense of phase one. There has to be a reason. All we want is the truth. Is there anyone in your Company that is man enough to tell us?
