Can confirm Donna's sighting of yesterday, when we drove past and there were definitely 2 men on the pool site with surveying equipment and using it!!

Don't look now BUT there is a small earth moving machine on the pool site clearing the weeds etc.

Is this Taray showing a committment to start building the pool?????

Again it looks that we watch this space

And the guy in his earth mover is still working now at 18.50.....lets hope that this is a sign of things to come and this whole episode is sorted once and for all !

I have just posted photos of the diggers in action. The small white digger is from Friday and the big yellow digger is from Saturday (today is Sunday). No diggers on site today but there are may mountains of earth dotted around and also some orange markings........not sure what they will be. Time will tell.

I have never been so excited to see diggers in my life - I was more excited than my 6 year old son!

I think it is Tina out with a tonka truck building a bigger pool. Her last pool was a let down. lol

Good news and funny joke Tina. Never mind about Seamus   everyone else can see the good news had been posted by 8yetree. Is the digger still on the leisure area and is there any more updates?

Just spoke to Taray in San Javier....I was aware that a meeting (last Thursday of every month) was taking place at the town hall last week

The outcome of this meeting was that permission was granted for the new plans of the complex, the building licence now takes approx 1 month to be granted, once this is granted digging can begin. In the meantime, Taray are allowed to continue to prepare the land for building.

Taray have informed me that they are are VERY keen to commence work on this project.

Lets hope this all now happens and that we can all finally enjoy the leisure facilities later this year.

Drove past the proposed pool area this morning and there was a drilling contraption mounted on the back of a Land Rover,and several men in white overalls and blue helmets operating the equipment.So more movement in the area.

We went to San javier today and asked on the pool progress in light of 8yetrees news. we were told something different and that was there is no update on the licenses yet! ...................... Welcome to Spain!

Andy who told you the license had been granted? (hope you enjoyed golf today)

p.s About an hour after posting this taray rang the mobile to confirm what Andy had said!
