We are looking at changing solicitors as our current one typifyies all that can be wrong with Spanish Solicitors - lazy, incompetant, does not tell the truth, does not turn up for meetings..........

However, after reading about and contacting the Rights Group here on eyeonspain, I have been put in contact with Pedro Orgaz of Martinez-Echevarria, Perez & Ferrero Abogados. They have an office in Los Alcazares at the Centro Commercial El Balneario and throught Spain.

Has any one used them before or have any information on them - good or bad (preferably good)?

Hi All

Has anybody used Aldea Advisors for their Purchase.

These were recommended by Parador.

Any info whether they were good or bad appreciated.

They just seem incredibly slow reference a few issues I have i.e. the pool & LFO.

Hi Dave,

We used Aldea and had no problems at all with them.  They were very professional and dealt with all our queries quickly. They always replied to e-mails and we never had any difficulty finding someone who spoke English. Our completion was done on time at a notary office in San Javier (although this process does seem to be very long winded - but as they say - this is Spain).

Reference the pool - it's not just Aldea having problems getting this information from Taray.
