If you own a property in Spain, having a Spanish will can save your loved ones a lot of time, money and stress later on.

In today´s post I explain the 5 main problems you avoid when you make a Spanish will: long procedures, extra bureaucracy, confusion about which law applies, higher inheritance tax and delays with banks and the Land Registry.

You can read the full article here: [How to protect your loved ones and your Spanish assets with a clear, tax-efficient will]

Happy to answer questions if anyone is unsure whether their existing will works in Spain.

Here we are — still supporting the EyeOnSpain community since 2008.
Please feel free to send me any questions you may have. I’m always happy to help.
