There are probably many, many people, who after meeting with a property sales team, maybe someone from the development company, said that they were "lovely and honest". Would they have been stupid enough to trust their word and part with money if they thought they were liars and dishonest.
How many of those people still consider that those they met and gave their money to are "lovely and honest".

The number of people who sill lose out on some developments, also do not speak alone.

I am not claiming this applies to any person, persons or businesses on this forum but, please be real.

 i am being real i met them well before them going out to live in spain.

as said before thay are both a great couple and would not rip anyone off.

Shents your comments are ridiculous ! I have met lots and lots of sales people who are really nice. However they are also ruthless when it comes to closing a deal . Especially  when it affects their own pocket .

Your comments Shents are naive .No one is saying that Dave and Linda are not nice  people of course they are . Just that they are sales people and nice can often go out of the window when ones own lively hood  or future is at stake .

Quite simple. There are some on here that make accusations if something is not quoted, as if the statement or the opinion is yours.
Quoting is a way of making thigs easy for some, who have difficulty, to understand.

Certainly things do go on and at pace in my life, but it is a huge advantage to have a support team. It costs, but you get what you pay for.

I have not been psoting due to work pressure ( BrianMags & I are both in the field of critical care and been very busy for the last few weeks ) .  Communication has been maintained with HdT and a meeting was had on the 30 July 2009. Some very postive information was given and the report is in the process of being written up and will be posted on the SARC website ASAP.

Positive news. Correct. Some have got their deposits back as even the law and banks know the developers are not abole to honour their contracts.

Hi Tonymal ,It has been almost a month since your meeting with San Jose /HdT as you have not posted anything here or on the SARC sight can we all take it that there is nothing to report .or should I say nothing worth reporting  .Did they just spin you another line of their usual bullsh##. Surely you now realise they have been less than economical with the truth all along .Hope you don't fall too hard now you realise the truth .Good luck . Best Regards MM
