What are HdT  actually saying ?

Can you agree that we keep your money for  even longer  so that the court does not make us bankrupt ?

We will try to build your house but we don't know how we are going to do this and it will take at least another 3-4 years  to build and the full amenities and completion of the whole site may take  up to  8-10 years ?

The rules regarding finishing a phase at a time will be the same as El Pinet as will the situation with the water and electricity supply! They have totally waffled on these points  as usual  !

They have arranged for notaries locally to where we live yet most of us have lawyers based in Spain Why ? because they are sinking so fast this is their last ditch attempt to save themselves as they don't give a damn about the purchasers ! and are hoping people just sign without looking at the future consequences .

Not one hint of an apology or acknowledgement of the despair and anguish they have caused  to all of us ?

A pathetic half hearted guarantee that they will attempt  to get in touch with all purchasers with the details of how to sign up to more years of uncertainty and misery  (They had no trouble contacting us when staged payments were due )

And to add insult to injury a statement that they are in the SJ group but this new deal will have nothing to do with the SJ group .It is clear that HdT are in a much worse position than the  SJ group so they are trying to tie up the troubled parts of the company into a bundle that will not affect the SJ group's future .Do they think we are fools

Hi All,

Some asked questions, we put them forward & got their answers and made them available for all to see & we added no comment or opinion . I feel that I should point out that the remark about the length of time was in response about how long to completed SADM.

I believe that the settlement offer should be revealed soon & that is what I am waiting to see & suggest we all do the same.

I agree with your post, HdT have just waffled on in their replies, all woolly and nothing concrete [ apart from the bases to our houses!] I don`t trust anything they say, perhaps the best thing is for them to be wound up. I for one am not prepared to give them more time to string us along, and in the end, we all end up with zilch anyway. Better to face the reality of losing my money now than to sit for another 4, or 5 years and still get nothing at the end of it.  Put HdT  into liquidation now! Cheers Joanniemac

I missed you all . I  could not reply  to or read my messages although I could see  there  were many messages in my box . I could not read them, so apologies to all those who have PM'd me .I will answer as soon as Justin gives me access again . 

 I think we all need to "cut the crap "  so to speak .We have all been so focused on what HdT say via SARC  that it is time we put the good people and resources we have on this forum to good use .We should  decide together what we can do. The  new HdT agreement is sooo not the answer and is not in our interest .What else can we do?

No your right the whole report made me smile as it says nothing new. Basically its a stalling tactic so that they continue and are not put into full liquidation.

Is there anything people can do? Don't think so only not accept any new contract by the company and therefore force the Judge to decare Bankruptecy.

I know this isn't what some people wish to hear and Yes I know it's different for me as I have a Bank Guarantee but I still would like to ensure that this WHOLE company cannot and do not continue trading and ruin other peoples lives in the future. This is a company with NO morals and definately NO customer service or loyalty. How anyone can believe or trust a word they say is beyond me.

Just my humble opinion once again.

Hi Dave, Totally agree with what your saying. We don`t have a BG,  but  I agree the whole company should be wound up. If anyone has any faith left in this company they should seek urgent medical assistance! You only have to look at what is happening at El Pinet and use this same scenario on SADM. If further proof is needed on this companies morals one only has to read the posts of Martinbrothers to see how unscrupulous they really are. Do we really want this company to continue to trade and spread more deceit on unsuspecting buyers of the future? For us this nightmare has been going on for 4 years, and we want an end to it now, even if we lose our cash. Cheers Joanniemac

Even though my bank guarantee is now void, i would like to see SJ out of business completely but would actually go one step further, i believe that they should be behind bars along with all the corrupt mayor's etc.

Apparantely SJ are not in as much trouble financially as HDT but they cannot even finish Pinet, never mind Jumilla, does no one care to remember Albatera, we were promised a lovely golf course there with all the amenities etc and SJ are not really thinking about Jumilla they have been thinking about Dolores and so it goes on and on.

I don't want anyone else to be at the hands of these villains, my money back would be great, a house would be something, but at the end of the day it should be about standing up for what is right so i repeat, i hope they go out of business and remain there so that they are not allowed to treat people in such a cruel way!

Just to ensue that there is no confusion we will be loading information regading notaries on to the SARC website. They are independant, no matter  who pays their fee and they are acting on behalf of the COURT in Spain.

Also key points from the report: No one got privaliged creditor status, final build licences have been applied for and 2 banks said they will finance the build.

Tosh !!!!!!!! HdT /SJ must want this real bad ! Almost as bad as you Tony .Why do the nice people at HdT/SJ want notaries to sign this up and not lawyers ?

They are not acting in the  best interest of purchasers like our own lawyers are .They are merely  checking that the paper work is correct and that we understand what we ar agreeing to , (which ensures no comeback or anyone saying later that they did not understand what they were agreeing to ) They are not advising us or checking we are getting a fair  deal  or if this is the only and best  option .

Why are HdT/SJ so keen for purchasers to do this through notaries chosen and paid for by them.  This can  be signed up with our own lawyers .What are they scared of .Tony I suggest you use your head  and stop being led blindly by what HdT/SJ tell you . MM

JUST SAY "I Want My Money Back"

Its easy you don`t need a notary for that.The last time i used a notary in Doncaster U.K £ 75.00 just for a signature and a fancy wax stamp. Times that by a couple of thousand residents from H.D.T or San jose.con.com im sure one of them will have a spare credit card use. Looks a little fishy what could they be planing {stalling}Could it be a new Build??????? the web site is up and running again and they are taking orders ????? or would that be silly to say DEPOSITS££££££$$$$$$€ € € €€€€€€ or am i just being synical again.
