This is me being curious again, but where did you find the photo of Twigit with SJ banners in the background?  I looked on what I thought was Twigit's website but ......

As you say, professions are mainly irrelevant here, except when people start making derogatory statements about nurses, for example, but at the end of the day we all have a common link and that is that we were buying at SADM (apart from those posting on this forum who weren't!)

By the way, FIN, apologies for not having read the thread you mentioned when you told us all about yourself - there's far too much nonsense on here to get through at the best of times, trying to find helpful and informative posts, without looking back over previous threads.  I assume therefore that you have a lot of experience and wisdom that you were passing on.  If I have a spare few hours I will try and find your posts and absorb your wise words!

                             The fact is that by trying to get my house I am i no worse poition that those who are fast, as all of us without bank gaurentees are in the exact same postion in the company goes under and that is of ordinary creditors in line with the rest with no special privaliges unlike those that do have Bank Gaurentees.           

                  And yes there some questions that need redressing such as those legal boys that allowed us to transfer our deposits with out Bank Gaurentees being in place why did they not advise us as such and recomend not to transfer the funds. Assurdly there are good ones out there as well as I have found out but not all of them.

I am glad you are boiling it back down to simple terms again, its probably time to take stock of what we have options of.

There is an option for a company in Spain to ask for a concurso or voluntary administration, if they require protection from creditors, for a short time until the concurso looks into the reasons and the possibilities for the company, going forward.

The company we are dealing with did this on 2 of their accounts.........this was before the credit crunch and the financial institutions collapsed..

There has been published accounts which show the company have debts which outweigh assets..the sales of their properties to customers are included in their assets.  They were trading while insolvent.

The company are stil in concurso around 9 months later.  This should have been completed by now.

The commonality of all this is the company has assets, the assets can not be sold to realise the money until the company is made to part with the assets, they wont part with them while they are in conurso because they dont have to.  They will not get finance....because they owe too much and have too little chance of realising a profit, and a bad track record of doing what they should do......build and supply properties.

In short you will be waiting not for a long time..........only until the concurso finishes.......because then they will be back in the real world and will either have to sink or swim.

The quicker you get them out of concurso, the quicker you will find out if they have any substance or if their assets are worth anything to other investors to buy.............thats the only way they will sell............why would anybody want to invest in a company who are insolvent??????......That is just daft.  The only money going to SADM will by someone else and it will be someone else who buys the place after HdT has been wrapped up and put to bed.

HdT will have to pay for their mistakes, just like we all do in life.  The quicker it happens the more chance you have of salvaging something from the wreck that is SADM

Sorry Sue I missed your post as I was posting my own silly one at the time .I have a copy of the photo from the website but don't know if it is right to post it here  .I also could direct you to the web site but dont want to do that  on the forum .I found it by doing a Yahoo search using Twigits other name if that helps .If people think it is ok to post the photo here then I am sure someone will . Just to clarify the issue of the "credit crunch"  the letters that went out in May 2008 clealy stated due to the credit crucnch. The credit crunch started a while ago and it has been becoming more and more noticable over time. Hence, the riots in France and unrest in the UK and other countries. The problem lies with the banks declining to support commerce and behaving a very shortsite manner. They have gobe from being one extreme to another and caused chaos for all of us.

As for Twiget, is he/she really who JA claims him or is it just a conjecture?

What would you expect a Company statement to say (any Company that is), that the problems our Company are experiencing are due to our mis-management, misappropriation of funds, lacl of confidence from purchasers, purchasers wanting deposits back and we do not have the funds.

There are corporate funds available, but certainly not to companies with poor track records and poor business plans.

Why buy one appartment when you can get a loan for 3. Then just hope that you can rent out to repay. Rose tinted glasses again. Blame must also be but at the feet of the greedy, lazy, fast buck merchants, etc.
Funds were in abundance at the time certain developers hit problems and I for one certainly don't blame banks for not risking anymore. It is because they risked so much to such companies that the problems started. i.e Just take a look at the American property market, where it first came to light.

Thanks for that Tony I fear many would still be in the dark about the credit crunch if you had not posted .I am getting really confused now I thought you were a medic are you also a global expert on economics ,perhaps you could give Obamma and Brown a hand to get us all out of this a bit quicker .

I think tomas is the one who was promising us all the non existant bank guarantees month after month, must admint surprised anyone still works there god knows what they do with there day?

I take it then that Tomas is an emloyee of HdT .i guess I wont be holding my breath waiting for Tonys report  then .I cant believe anyone still wants to listen to what anyone representing this company has to say . In my experience they have lied time and time again both to my face ,on the phone and to my lawyer .Why oh why would anyone ask for more of the same . Is it not the case that this Tomas will only  be syaing what he is told to by those higher up the chain of command the same as others before him . No importance can be placed on this information .

Not sure if this is the same tomas, whether he is employed buy hdt of san jose, if he is the one and the same, he certainly lied to us about bank guarantees being promised, i said it before, have they as a company had any recent contact with us, the client regarding the current situation. Seems to me they don't give a toss about us, just keep us dangling. No disrespect to tony i know he is trying to keep a dialogue going with san jose, but why are we suddenly going to believe any thing from san jose or hdt employees.
