If I have mis-quoted I apologise and would appreciate if you could direct me to where the mis-quote is?
Just found it, but the entire sentence isn't a quote, just where the quotation marks are.
"I can not comment further as the information is for the use of ourselves only"  and not SARC members . "I therefore, have to act accordingly."

Alm, how many times have we asked you if you are a purchaser at SADM and once again you refuse to say, perhaps this time you can tell us all if you are or not a simple closed question?

But arnoldg, aren't you the font of all knowledge/
"Alm is not a purchaser of San Jose at all, he/she just joins in to poke fun at us all."

Why is of such great interest to you?

Why is it any business of yours?

Weren't you educated to be aware that it is rude to ask a person details of the matters which do not involve you?

Have I asked you your plot number, what you paid, what you earn, where you work.

Don't you realise that there are some who do not blab and wish to keep their business confidential.

If you wish to PM me outlining the reason for your enquiries and that any response will be treated in the strictest of confidence, I will respon accordingly.

But you are not a member of my gang, so I will not tell you and will not help you.
Must tell gang members first.
Thanks for all your help with the substantiated comments you make. Now everyone buying on the development can sleep easy.
Do you realise that it is a worrying time for many and not just an opening for a wannabe known?

If you wish to PM me outlining the reason for your enquiries and that any response will be treated in the strictest of confidence, I will respond accordingly, but please do not expect confidential information to be given on an open forum.
Next you will want all addresses I have of property in UK..

FYI, the Forum Administrator was made aware, what interest, or if I had interest, in the development.
That is good enough for me.

All together NOW "Oh HAPPY Days, Oh HAPPY Days"

Whats all this winding each other up about .
Very helpful for all the many followers of the threads on this forum.
Most people reading this are in the position of possibly losing their investment and for many their dream of living in Spain so get real and give it a rest.

Hi all

I see its been another interesting night in virtual espana discussing the bad boy builders.  Interesting facts(?) about the makebelieve outcomes of the wannabe housing estate, including the hotel on mayfair, and the monopoly money figures banded about as assets and liabilities.

I was going to give everyone some very important information, but i have to tell my members first, and maybe the newspaper, and my personal lawyer with the special fees will have to endorse the statement before the committee and the steering group have a copy, draft of course.

When that has happened, and a suitable time for consultation has elapsed, the time will be right to sit down and consider the way forward.  Then....and only then, will we be able to tell you if you can have a house.  Providing you have the plot number registered and verified, and the proper identification.

Oh bugger....i forgot we dont own the land, cant pay the suppliers, dont have any tradesmen, dont have a licence and have no finance......never mind, maybe nobody will notice...just blag it.

As the virtual computer builder would say.....i want my mouse.

Well....you got to laff eh...we're British

Best wishes.....Brian

Hi Briando,
I have been reading the thread from work and thought that as we are all in the same boat and waiting to find out what the administration process brings that I would add a little to the thread. It is a very stressfull time for us all and even though some of us have differing view points and ways of coping with the situation we are all here at the mercy of high finance.
Those of us who are working with the aim of wanting our properties are pragmatic and trying to make the best of a bad situation. We donot begrudge those who wish to pursue their money from doing so nor do we expect them to deride our wish to fight for our homes.

It has become very intense on the forum and it is stiffling open exchanges of information and ideas. I hope that we can reach a stage where we accept the differing view points and respect all SADM purchasers no matter what their prefered out come is.

I wish you all good luck and the utmost success in what ever out come you feel is best for you.
Me.....I want my House

Hi Tony

Yea, We are here at the mercy of circumstance i think.  The pattern of life, peaks and troughs, ups and downs etc.

I agree with you and have respect for all viewpoints.  I want to be a winner from this situation, whatever the win threshold is, my house, my money back, a portion of it, a dividend from it.  I invested and lost.....thats my fault, no one elses.

From the standpoint im at, i want to get as much back as i can.  I am not the builder or the banker or the candlestick maker, just the guy who paid money.

I really dont want a campaign, just give me my money back and i can get on with my life......i accept that it will be difficult to get all my money back but i dont want a foreign field to be forever england,,,,paid for by me......I would rather pay money to the homeless on the streets of my lovely Yorkshire,,,,than chuck money at a Spanish crooked builder.

Thats if i lose money...if my lawyer can get it back.....well and good.

Hi All,
And particularly members of the Santa Ana Del Monte Residents Co operative, it is time that people began to think about how they will respond to the possabilty of continuing with their house purchase and having it rather then having to try to get their money back. The key differnce between those of us who say " I want my House" and those that do not is this. WE leave open the door of possability and  choice, would you not prefer to have a choice rather than just a legal option.
Those of us who have jonied up and formed SARC beleive that with unusual global financial circumstances that it is best to fight for our homes, giving it our best and not being panicked by circumstances. We have choice we have do not just want to walk away from the decision we were so happy to make before, from the location and place where we really want to be! Yes we are all upset and hurt by the possible loss of our hope and aspirations but do we need to walk away from them before we  really know what options the administrators are going to offer us.
Ask your self how you wouuld feel if others get their homes and you do not?  Support SARC, your nieghbours to be, your friends of the future and say that ,yes I  do want my house!  Do not let circumstances dictate your life, change them!

Next weekend the standard letters will be available in both English and Spanish on the SARC website. We ask all who wish to have the opportunity to have their house to access the site and send the letter to the people addressed, who have influence and will effect the out come of our development, all you have to do is sign and put on your plot number.

Those of you who do not wish to please note that this will not have any negative impact upon your prefered out come.

My best wishes to you all what ever route you choose to take.
 I want my House

Hi All,
The SARC site was having documents up loaded today and it could not cope with volume. We are dealing with this issue and it will be back up shortly with all of the documents loaded.

I want my House and for you to have yours too

Hi tonymal
I am sure if you asked nicely Justin would allow you to add a link on posts so buyers could click to go directly to your site when new information was avaliable.Your site is informative only , therefore people would more than likely just take the information and return to EOS
ps I have now persuaded the two elderley couples I was worried about to seek legal advice. They have and are now registerd with a lawyer and have there claims lodged with the court .How ever they still want their house and who can blame them for that.

Hi Julie Ann,
Thank you for getting the couple to get legal advice as everyone needs to have a solicitor to represnt their interests and ensure that thier deposit is recognised by the court.

I believe that Brainmags is communicating with Justin on a web link so that as you have said make any documents etc we post available to all. We are having to upgrade the site as the size of the documents was just to large for it to handle.

All the best to you and thanks again for helping the couple out as these are the people we need to all look out for.

Tony

Hi

I got the mails through on my own e mails thanks Brian.  The attachments came through ok.

The website being out of action can i just ask the significance of the letters you sent expressing progress and the info of the future plans.  These are up to 15 months before the administration was brought in?

I think i may have missed something, is there a letter or document that was issued after the administration started somewhere?

Thanks  Brian

Hi Brian,
We were after all of the letters that SJ sent out to purchasers to see what info had been given out. I personally had seen a couple of them but I had not recieved all of them and we thought it may be usefull to see what has been said by SJ . The others were in response to our questioning about licences and we were supplied with the Jpegs of a land parcelisation, which is mentioned in the June letter and the licence for the foundations to be built. So it appears that build so far has been legal, which is what we wanted to know.
As soon as the site is upgraded we will put the documents up with a brief explanation as to what they are and allow people to have their own opinions of them and there meaning.
All the best
