HOUSES IN ALMENARA BEACH

Like us did anyone else buy off Arriba homes with only 15% deposit at first release.  If so what have you been told regarding your part of the bank guarantee and has any action been taken to call in the bank guarantee ?

Has anyone got there money back off arriba homes yet. Our solicator is saying that the courts have blocked the banks from paying out, under the bank guarantee. Is this a fact that they can do this or is it more bull.

I have not heard of Arriba yet on any of these threads . Try the General Forum lots of good info there .If you are buying on SADM it may be worth reading through the previous posts ,or just waiting for a reply from some one  in  the same situation  . If you are a purchaser with San Jose don't wait too long .  You will need a lawyer specialising in commercial law to represent you . Let me know your situation and I will try to point you in the right direction  to get the best information. Good luck    JA

Sadly I have heard of Aribba Homes

I paid them a 15% deposit three years ago

I have been trying to contact Andrew Healy for several months now, as in March I asked to get my deposit back - before I was aware of what was going on.  He is very hard to get hold of - I think I have only ever had one email reply from him

I emailed him again last week with some questions and yet again he has not replied and he does not answer his mobile phone

If anyone is lucky enough to get hold of him please let me know
