Hi All,

I wanted to clarify some thing with you all. SARC has a few members who want there money back and a vast majority who want their house. We believe that as there is no money in HdT and that by those of us who want our properties buying them, there will be money to pay those who want their money back. We hope that this can be done without purchasers having to spend more money that they can ill afford or possibly having to wait years for funds to be raised. I pasted below one of the aims and objectives from the SARC home page:

• That those purchasers who are unable to wait or due to adverse changes in their financial circumstances can have a refund, without having to undertake costly and lengthy legal action.

 That has been part of the SARC aim all along and we donot believe that it is in conflict with the  I WANT MY HOUSE  campaign but is facilitated by purchasers who want their house.

 I WANT MY HOUSE AND A POSITIVE OUTCOME FOR ALL

So, if SARC decide to put on their website that anyone who buys at SADM will be given a million Euros bonus, equates to just as much rubbish.
What validity is there just because it is an aim of SARC.
It was the aim of many to have a home at SADM but that fell apart as it was an aim only.

Hi Brian, many thanks for posting JA`s email. It was quite apparent that he had a hidden agenda! I found his postings rather annoying and detracting from our serious problems. Is he still employed by SJ? If he is, then it just sums up the the dishonesty of this company and the lengths they are prepared to go to, to keep us and our money apart. Hello FIN are you refering to the photograph of Twigit outside SJs office with the caption "outside the offices of one of the developers we promote " It is a lovely picture with the SJ banners in the back ground .Twigit must be very proud of his connection with SJ .I wish I could say the same but I rue the day I ever heard of them  .

                     Just to confirm that we do not know who twigit is and they are not working under instructions of SARC we have be very carefull to keep membership as confidentential as possible and I can say the neither Tony nor Myself have purchased through Alan Ablet and was not the agent our our purchase. I in fact have no idea of what this person looks like and have never met him.

Secondly I understand that Ana has sent an email confiming that Tony and Myself are definatel not agents but are what we said we were which was ordinary purchasers who work in the NHS and are  council members of our Professional Body thank you Ana for confiming this.

This is all getting very confusing who is Ana and how can she e mail forum memebers I thought e mail details  etc were secure on EOS as in the forum rules we are advised not to post our e mail details to avoid spam  ?

MAGICMEG, you should never question anything as there are those on here who believe that if they believe, everyone should believe. Therefore, if they believe that is "Ana" says something is correct, everyone should accept it as correct.
This is why things have got into such a mess. Some will never question.
To Ana, whoever she may be. No offence meant personally.

Brian will no doubt correct me if I am wrong, but I am guessing that he means Anna not Ana, and is referring to the administrator of the SADM website who posted a link, as did Joanie666 on EOS, which shows Tony and Brian as members of SCCT.

I believe that Brian is refering to Ana Micklewright ,who sent out an email concerning Brian and I.

As for the remarks by JA as to Twiget, I trully wonder sometimes. JA is not her name but her log on, Twiget is a log oN, I think a lot of people use log Id's and not their names. As for daft remarks about I want answers. I am sorry JA but each individual  has the freedom to act in their own right, as you often do and do you have proof of who Twiget is as you accused me of being twiget a while ago.

We could start going on about how Magic Meg popped up as JA disappeared but that does not necessarily mean anything!

Oh and we posted ages ago that we purchased through Holaspain.

Regarding SJ selling properties, the issue would be is HdT selling properties, as that is the company for SADM. We have lots of remarks flying around making accusations and as of yet none have stood up to scrutiny.

I spoke to Tomas on Friday and i will be writing up an update and sending out to the SARC members and then it will be posted onto the SARC website.

Hi Magic Meg,

No you are not having a blonde moment. I agree what our jobs are and what we do are not really relevant. What is relevent is that we are purchasers with money paid to HdT and are all in the same boat. I think that you may find that a few who post on here are not purchasers at SADM but feel the need to talk down HdT and SADM, for what ever reasons that they might have.

Hi Magicmeg,

                     I agree but some people have tried to state that both Tony and I were estate agents and not what we said we were sadly some people try and generate feelings of distrust in others when all they are trying to do is get something positaive out of a bad situation. The thing is that the way i see it there are two outcomes 1 the company goes under and we all loose money or it gets refinanced and we have a property at the end I would rather have the property and so I fight to get it and not loose my money. If they do go under then I am in a no worse position than at the start but I will have at the very least tried to get my house.

it might Sound a bit simple but then I am a simple person not a big game player and I believe in KIS (keep it simple)

I know that you will readily agree that all are entitled to opinions, so, in my opinion, from reading your postings, you are an i***t with his head buried.
Does such an observation necessitate a complaint to the site administrator?
