it was banco pastor they appealed against everything.the court was in alicante.timescale around 2 years

was well worth the wait.

hi ,

we did have a bank guarantee it was a copy psi would not send me the original they sent a copy , guadalupe 

took it to the courts and won it. its on guadalupe blog.the builders like you only wanted to give me %65

guadalupe took that to court aswell and won. if you go on guadalupe blog and trawl through you should be able to see it.

trust me guadalupe and all the staff are fantastic,when i met up with guadalupe to thank her she said that they were only doing their job.goods luck (you are in good hands with guadalupe)

hi all.we would like to send our wishes of good luck to all waiting to get their money back.

we have just recieved our solictors /court and interest fees back we got our full deposit back in august.

we both would like to say a massive thank you to guadalupe /mariano and all of the people in the office

for the hard work that you all put in for us .we can now start to live our lives again.
