Sorry you have not had a response until now.............I have not been on EOS for a while and members from your area may have missed your 1st post.............but welcome to EOS anyway!!!

We own in Playa flamenca which is about 2 roundabouts from Cabo Roig.

We really like the area, there is loads to do and great beaches.

Are you in a new build?

If so, you could look for your urbansation onthe development forum and see who is closer to you than myself.

If I can help with any questions on the surrounding area, I will try................

Welcome to the best forum for all things Spanish.  There are a few of us not far from you, like Fibby.  I'm just a couple of beaches south of you and I'm sure Candyfloss will come in soon and welcome you too.  Just ask if there's anything we can help with - we may not know but always happy to try.

We have been to La Zenia many times - absolutely love the area needless to say seem to always end up in Paddys Point for a "few lemonades"

Thanks all, it's not a new build, around 10 years old, there is a italian restraunt just down the road, and abit further a dirt track link to get me to macadona and Lidle I think it is, that road then goes down to Paddies Bar I think.

I have tried a couple of the beaches when over there and they look nice but, it was october, so didn't try the sea.

I have ventured up that way as far as Playa Flamenca, so will be great to hear of new places to go around that area.  I even go on the motorway now LOL!

Hi Jon,

We are just down the road from you near Campoamor beach.  I was brave enough to risk a paddle when I was over last week (not warm).  We love the area and find more & more lovely places every time we visit.  Only 14 more pay days to retirement and we can move over.

We have friends in Quesada who are Bolton fans, I think they miss Wonderers as much as their kids.  Perhaps someone  should consider setting up a branch of the supporters clu on the costa.
