closed doors on local police stations.

hello to every one that i havent  spoken to hope you are all well,  can any one explain to me why i need a translator to report a crime to the local police station in playa flamenca  at a charge of 40 euors before i am permitted to enter the building,  i look forward to  all  your  reply,s wtih interest,  bill marshall,

 Seems no-one else has had this experience!

This seems outrageous really.  I've never heard of anything like it.  What if you'd been robbed and didn't have any money?

Another of those things I suppose which people should be aware of then.

hello justin, believe me it happemed  twice we even tried to report it  in san miguel only to told in pigeon english that we have to report it at playa flamenca, could this be there way of keeping crime stats low,
