Big THANK YOU to Justin and EOS

Hi Justin and the EOS team.

Just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to you and your team! Why?

Because we successfully rented out our apartment on a long term basis thanks SOLEY to the rentals section above.

Within just two weeks of advertising the apartment on that section we had people in contact with us!

Then Wednesday this week our tenant signed the lease with our lawyer, paid the deposit and the rent for the 1^st month, and moves in shortly. 

Again, many thanks and we owe you a drink!

I thought you'd moved perm to Spain or was I having a blonde moment yet again? Waiting to sell your house here I see on the other thread, doesn't take a lot to confuse me these days.

Hope someone will see mine for short term  Guess the holiday lets are a bit tougher with the current market (it's nice )
