Hello, we are a married couple currently living in France and looking to relocate to Spain in spring/early summer 2014.  We are particularly looking to discover more about the Costa Blanca area and appropriate available properties.

We would be looking to rent, fully furnished, a minimum two bedroom property that would be suitable for a cat.  Ideally, we would be looking for a property with a reasonable garden area, away from busy roads and within walking distance, or a very short drive, to the sea and local amenities.  Our priority would be safety and suitability for the cat.  Internet access would be a necessity.

We are thinking that we would be best advised to take an initial short term (3 months or so) rental for an initial period while we confirm the suitability of the longer term rent of at least one year.

We would be very grateful for any suggestions or areas to look at and ideas of places to look.

Foxesglove:

Welcomne to EyeonSpain!

Your idea about renting before buying is, in my opinion a very sensible one as this will give to you calm to look into the market. There are excellent bargains at present.

Good luck

Maria
