Hi All, an update for you all, finally received costs & interest back a fortnight ago. Initially received deposit back August 2014. Have gone through the appeal process upto Supreme Court level. It took a while as we were one of the first ones to sue BBVA, apparently those who have come after us don't have such a long wait! Anyway to all that are still on the journey don't lose faith . Thanks also to our wonderful lawyer Martin de la Herran @ Abolex for his sterling work and his commitment to ending this 11 year nightmare!

Hi, I think we got our judgement in April 2013 and got our refund in the August of that year. They aren`t in any hurry to refund your cash!

Hi Joyjo, I have to agree with the previous posters, the only way you are going to get your money back is to sue the bank. If your lawyer is reluctant to go down this road get a new lawyer! We got our deposit back in August suing the bank. Don`t think you will see any cash waiting on HdT liquidation process.
