I can echo the post from philevans. I bought a place in Sabinillas last year through Mike Rowlands of Castles. I can't recommend him highly enough!

I am sure the agents that have been recommended here will do a good job for you, word of mouth always the best way. However, I would still be careful and trust no one. Ask the agent how much commission he is charging, ask them what the owners price is and how much they are adding on top, as this is the way it normally works. And use a good INDEPENDENT lawyer, not one recommended by the agent. Good luck with your search.
